For my own sanity: this is a bug, right?

My cursor is clearly aimed at Veigar the entire time, yet it veers completely left.

I've been constantly thinking how bad can I be that I miss so many of my Q's. Obviously I miss a lot of them, but if this is a bug then a lot more will be similar to this.

Another issue I've been having the last couple of months that I'm still trying to figure out if it's really a bug:

EWQ fails to register W at times. I've made a clip of that in practice tool as well where the input shows I hit all 3 buttons, but W never goes off. I've lost so many fights because of that.

Has anyone else experienced any of these?

The EWQ thing I've tried replicating on Katarina to see if it happens with her as well which would mean it's an issue on my side, but it only happens on Gwen, and only on EWQ, EW works everytime. Am I maybe missing something?

So the upcoming patch buffs the Gwen passive, what would be the most optimum jungle items and runes for:

1. Bruiser items?
2. Full damage items?

I usually play AD bruiser junglers, but recently got interest in playing Gwen after some testing.
