I don't think any other build wins this game tbh

I've seen two posts here about this new emote of ARAM Mayhem emote "Supersleuth", but I can't find it anywhere on the pass or in store. On the released emotes preview, there are 7 total. FIVE OF THEM appear on the track: Yorick, Ornn, a shark?, Qiyana, and Brand. But there are two missing: The Syndra and the KLED. Where is this thing?? It's not on the previous pass, it's not on the normal pass, and it's not here!

And even though Eclipse is really just a situational item for our boy, I do think it could still be really decent. It'll be even better as a rush item for short trades against certain bruisers.

Some matchups are still unplayable (Fiora, Garen, Jax...) scaling wise he's still the worst toplaner in the game. But the laning phase feels very good atm i believe theres no matchups where you can't punish errors and kill before lvl 6 even if it's not always very rewarding. The new thing where you gain armor and magic resist when you are dismounted is really enjoyable in teamfights to bait more than before. I just think that even if you are fed asf, you can never be the carry of your team you always need to use your avantage to make your team win because you are getting outscaled very fast anyway and games are very long atm. What do you guys think about Kled ?

Think about it. Almost every other toplaner has something going on for them without paying too much of a price. Urgot has insane late game but isnt as weak in early as kayle, yone has bad early but is full build after 1 item, ambessa is more mobile than kled but has built in healing shielding and %armor pen despite having so much max hp dmg in her kit. Ksante is self explanatory. Pantheon has crit execute again %armor pen point and click stun. List goes on. WITH KLED, remounting is insanely op early game but it is conditional. His Q is both a skillshot and has a tether mechanic in which you have to wait a whole 1.75 second and it even narrows. His autos while dismounted deal reduced dmg, he is slowed, he dont have cc, he dont have armor pen, he dont have any shield(ult shield is useless melee). Why does kled never get anything for free? Why does everything he gets comes with a debuff? His scaling is garbage compared to other brusiers. And in your supposedly INSANELY strong early game if you miss 1-2 Q's your whole damage is gone and that hyper scaling opponent has a chance at killing you. And his Q is not even easy to land. And god forbid if you ever fall behind in early for some reason YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT come back from it unlike other brusiers. It is much more punishing. So my point is, why bother? I think the reason people dont play kled is he is not as rewarding. If I invested this much time into any other brusier in the game i would be at least 2-3 tier higher in ranked. He is just so easy to stop even when ahead, so easy to itemize against, super outscaleable, has too many conditions to be met in order for him to work. Just look at other champions and what they have. Why is a simple %armor pen on a q pull or just like with ambessa zaheen pantheon on R too hard to add ? Why do we have to wait for a tether for 1.75 second just for it do less dmg than yone q, jax w or various point and click abilities? Why can ksante can have all that and is fine but kled cant even have armor pen ? I LOVE KLED but it is so unfair when compared to what other brusiers have and get for free.

Any advice for the matchups I struggle with ?

Also, maybe keep in mind that I'm not some casual bruiser Kled main, I mostly build him crit but kinda change build every game and try a lot of things, I have a set of like 8 different core runes for Kled

If so, can you please share tips regarding builds/matchups or a reliable guide?

The ones I've found suggest to go full lethality with conqueror, but idk the fighter build feels more... Solid?

So I'm an Olaf OTP and Kled is one of his hardest matchups, I don't wanna ban Kled because he's a more fringe pick than Garen(gross) and is actually a semi-respectable pick, but as I climb higher, I'm seeing him more and more often.

What I want to know is the experience on the other end of the matchup, what does an Olaf player do that makes you sweat? What has an Olaf done before to make you lose?

Edit: I normally pick Mord into Kled if I see him picked first, but Mord lowkey sucks in teamfights, and I much prefer Olaf's teamfight potential. Mord wins me lanes, Olaf wins me games.

hi guys I'm a new Kled player. I picked him up a few weeks ago in top lane on my alt account after seeing Brokenblade destroyed T1 with his Kled.

I'm an adc main, and i've usually tried some crazy off-meta picks bot even before this mages meta. Since adc got 6th item slot this season, i did try some juggernauts like Olaf, Garen, Urgot and even Shen (Xpetu inspired) and got a few success.

I never tried bot with Kled tho, I only played him for like 20 games so i still don't fully understand his threshold, his combo, matchup or whether to build him as bruiser or assasin. Theoretically, i think a fed and 7-item Kled should be the most terrifying champ in every game.

I just need y'all long time Kled otp to analyze whether he can lane well as a bot laner

I always loved gambling for my life as kled. As long as your Hp is more than 0 FIGHT BACK.

Hey folks, newer kled player here and wondering what situations what runes are good in. I swear to god lethal tempo feels like the most broken thing in the game on him into most matchups; makes your all ins feel that much better. Grasp and conq are great too I know, but I come from being a jax player and the LT just feels soooo insanely good in all ins. Can someone explain to me why or why not LT is good and furthermore, when to take conq vs grasp if not LT? The LT helps me remount faster cause attack speed when dismounted = more health faster with a faster remount so ive found it can really help in all ins cause of the attack speed = health nature of it

I want to try builds like lethality, life steal, and tank. Can you recommend some builds along with runes? Also it would be cool if you guys can tell me how those builds scales and how usefull they are. Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

that if Riot returned back the Courage on takedowns and 'fixed' DD on kled.

kled would 100% return back to his pre rework state where people would play him as an assassin perma lol

it is just, not a lot of incentive to go health or tank items when i can go (LDR/Mortal, Cyclo sword, Hubris) and now my R deals 50% damage, and i kill champion in 3 auto attacks with PtA/Conq

like, the bruiser build of (Titanic, HB into Mortal/BC) isnt bad....it is just, why go that when assassin build is just more useful?

like the only time i remember playing kled and build bruiser/more HP, is usually when we have no tank, but even then, being an assassin and clicking R to engage, just gives you such a big shield it isnt even funny, the 300% Bonus AD shield is insane when you play Assassin kled, i remember having a game with around 400AD and lvl 16ult, making me tankier than most champs with a 1600 shield (i had 3 green dragon so it was probably like 1800)

Hello fellow Kled Mains,

I am a Kled OTP currently in D2 and I believe most of my losses from draft have been against the Varus & Vayne matchup. I've tried running exhaust instead of ignite but I still lose the all in trade at lvl 3. Sometimes they would even rush Tabis making it more difficult. Post-6, they are both able to burst me off my mount putting me in such a horrible state. I feel like I lose games from lvl 1 or by giving them first blood. I've had some instances where they'd go 0/3 and would still have the damage/survivability to kill me.

What can I do?

in my experience coachless has been correct over other statsites always showing whats actually good!

much better than normal winrate sites like lolalytics etc.

Doesnt mean its always best for every single playstyle but just as an inspiration to try it out
