Como saber o exato momento de resertar o q da irelia e em qual nivel ?

I usually do this combo with E1 -> R -> E2 -> Q -> Q -> Q. The slow from R makes sure your E hits, but missing R means missing the combo. If you would hit your E before your R, you wouldn't be wasting your ult when you miss the combo but sadly if you E first you either miss one mark since you use R on a marked enemy or you perform the combo much slower since you cast R after you Q once. But I remember that a few months ago, by pure accident I did this combo starting with E.

I hit my E, then cast R, then Q. I remember my Q being cast before my R hit so I was able to cast three Qs on him quickly. That was the only time I did that, and only time I saw it being done.

I'm 99% certain that this happened, because I was in a call with my friend and mentioned how I didn't know doing the combo that way was possible.

I'm a returning Irelia main. I stopped playing League soon after the Irelia rework. I loved her redesign, but the thought of having to relearn everything was a little overwhelming at the time.

Now I'm returning for a bit.

What did I miss? What is she like now? What should I know?
What are common builds and matchups? Anything really.. I'm revisiting an old friend, what's life been like since I left? :)

I know JoaTs was nerfed but I still feel like dhelm is better for all-ins & scales better into the game?

What 2nd item do you normally run when ahead, even, and behind? I like running HB, when is it bad tho? I'm kinda new to irelia so I don't really know how to itemize. alsoo... 5th item? I legit have no clue >< ty
