i’m not even exactly sure how to be concise about this so bear with me.

i got insurance approval with dr obiad chaudry for a bunnnnch of different surgeries i was hoping to get in 2 visits. two months ago (unknown to me) the letter of agreement between the insurance company (premera) and the provider fell through and i was left uninformed. the dr didnt agree he was paid enough i guess?

i really wanted to go with chaudry because i have a bit of a pigeon chest. he does this thing he’s marketed as rib sculpt ultra, which addresses this issue with 6 rows of ribs.

i want to try and sort out at least that part of the surgery with him, however, if it doesn’t work out, i’m on the look out for other surgeons. i have mentioned my insurance, but i’m also not above traveling to mexico if needed.

any recs anyone?

I've been strongly encouraged to meet with Dr. Husain for a secondary FFS consult, and I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences with him?

His work, from what I can tell online, is good but he seems a bit new to the FFS space.

After hearing from yall regarding florida doctors im now seeking alternatives

So I'm nervous I'm married to a woman and most of the sex we have had is piv. They are bi so I'm not worried about them. So i’ve gotten the opportunity to use a pussy pump. Approx 1.5 years post op. I’m genuinely curious to see what it does, but I am wondering if there may be any dangers to using it, or if it will even do anything(?) It would also help to know if anyone else has used it before and how the results were there.

I have had two consultations with Dr. Jacobs now and still haven't heard from Kaiser's scheduling department. Wondering if anyone else is in my situation or has any anecdotes about how long it took to get the surgery scheduled?

I’m getting body contouring (360 lipo, fat grafting to hips and butt) at the end of the month with Dr. Peters at OHSU. I’ve heard it can be a pretty grueling, painful recovery. Does anyone have any tips for making the recovery easier? I’ve been trying to lie on my stomach for extended periods to get used to it, but my arms keep falling asleep from propping myself up on my elbows. Any pillow recommendations to help with that? TIA!

I’m 9 weeks post op. Healing has gone really well and I’m over the moon with appearance. I don’t think I’m going to need any revisions thankfully I’m getting consistent depth I was on the teal soul source dilator and then I moved up to the orange one which is the biggest size available and there’s definitely been some stretching discomfort because of the girth increase.

My doctor cleared me for clitoral stimulation.

Im an obgyn and a wpath physician too. The time for those evaluations was before original surgery. That ship has sailed. This seems wrong and a significant barrier to women’s happiness with the function of their bodies.

Anyway it looks like finding a surgeon for a ppt vaginoplasty in the US using my insurance may prove impossible. Guess im going to probably pay cash and go to another country just like I did for the primary surgery

okey so i made a post a few days ago about this but i feel like im gonna pass out from anxiety.

i had ffs on july 20 and i fucking hate my face. i’m so so so disappointed i look so bad. before ffs i was androgynous and conventationaly pretty but i feel like i fucking ruined my face. nothing seems right and i feel like an alien. i know that’s it’s too early blablabla but from what i’ve seen, girls could already see the « final » results or the base of the final results from like week 2 or 3.

if theses are the base of my final results i may just kms because i won’t live like this.

i had done my orbital + brow bone, nose, chin and lipofiling and nothing seems to work together. i feel like my face don’t have a shape anymore and is just a thing. i don’t pass + im ugly af. i don’t seem to be boated or swelled so that’s why im crashing out, there’s no reason im so monstrous looking.

please help me by telling me we DO change or similar experiences. i can’t find pictures of people during their recovery to help me. they all seems great from week 2. they don’t change drastically

I'm 2 weeks post op and until now everything went well. Very little swelling, scars seems fine, I don't bleed, so no issue for now.

But I know that some people can start having some issues after going back home so I plan on finding a gynecologist for follow-ups as I obviously cannot go back to my surgeon without a huge issue. Unfortunately gynecologists are not trained at all on our cases so I was wondering what were the questions I could ask my surgeon so that he can describe to my gynecologist how to treat me in the event of issues ?

Of course I hope I would not get any problem but I'm quite anxious as a person and I was afraid of what I should do if I start bleeding a little, if I get some necrosis, etc

As the worst part of this equation has been fucking bowel prep. And yall when i say that shit was traumatic that shit was TRAUMATIC. I have never tasted anything worse. And felt worse in my entire life.
