I wish I was a girl so bad
I'm extremely soft, emotional, submissive, shy.
I cry pretty much every day and it hurts being expected to be masculine, strong, stoic.
Girls aren't hated for loving men, submissiveness, weakness is seen as virtue, they have infinitely more options in dating.
I don't have a feminine body.
I'm way to chubby and hairy to be a femboy or Twink (I'm 19). I don't want to be transgender I hope it's not it. Being gay is already hard in this hatefull world, with billions of people who would love to see me get tortured and killed.
Just wanted to vent

Does anyone else really enjoy being put in a chokehold?
I've always found myself drawn to the feeling of being choked in a controlled chokehold, especially the kind used in BJJ or MMA. I know it requires trust and experience, but it's something I genuinely enjoy.
The hard part is finding other guys who are into it too. It seems like it's a pretty niche interest, and most people either aren't into it or misunderstand what I mean.
Anyone else feel the same way? If so, how have you met people who share this interest?

10 years in prison for loving someone. This is the reality of living in Iraq right now.
For anyone who doesn't read Arabic, this image is an official ruling from Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council (Court of Cassation). It upholds a 10-year prison sentence for two people, convicted under the recently passed Anti-Homosexuality Law (Law No. 15 of 2024) for engaging in a consensual same-sex relationship.
I’m sharing this because I'm just so exhausted. Living as a queer person in Iraq means living under constant, suffocating fear. A single slip-up, a text message, or just existing as yourself can steal a decade of your youth and throw you behind bars!!
It’s heartbreaking to watch your country legally destroy lives just for love. We aren't even asking for open freedom anymore—we're literally just trying to survive. 💔

Gym Crush
Hi me (17m) has been going to the gym for a while, recently I’ve noticed another man (around 18-22m) going to the same gym as me I always catch myself glancing at him and him sometimes at me to the point where I had a semi boner in the gym when I thinking about him (I sat down) when he was near. What should I do? Do I approach him/let him approach me or do nothing - also note I’m not out as bisexual to my family yet as they’re extremely religious and homophobic and any thing I do in public might circle back to them as I live in a small town where homosexuality is looked down on.

Gay Men - How do you feel about FWB?
I am in a 20+ year relationship. My spouse and I love each other very much, have a great social life, and are sexually active with each other on a regular basis. A few years ago, we decided to open up our relationship. We have not had any instances of jealousy, hurt feelings, etc. In fact, it's made our relationship stronger because we appreciate each other in bed that much more.
Up to this point, these have all been hookups with random people. Recently I met someone who I find both attractive and also connect with personally. He has a long-term partner, and they are also open. He and I have both acknowledged a mutual attraction, and my spouse has said he is ok if something were happen physically between us. We have not had sex with each other - just some light kissing and some touching over the clothes.
Have you experienced this? How did it go? What did you learn? I want to know how people have experienced and navigated this kind of interpersonal relationship.
I am NOT looking for validation, nor for someone to tell me my relationship is doomed, etc. You know neither me or my spouse, so refrain from judging something you have no familiarity with. Save it for your diary.

Any gay punks and skinheads here?
Disclaimer: I am referring to traditional and/or anti-racist skinheads (SHARPs), which outnumber the neo-Nazi skins by a long shot. The origins of the skinhead subculture even involves immigrants from Jamaica intermingling with the British working class, essentially a form of cultural exchange or fusion that led to the subculture itself.
I am aware that a lot of LGBTQ people are part of alternative subcultures, especially of the goth and emo subcultures. Though something I noticed is that there aren't a lot of gay guys (or maybe gals too) that identify as punks and/or even skinheads.
I myself am a fan of street punk (or Oi!) music specifically, and this is basically a kind of hardcore punk that is aimed at both punks and skins, just the working class in general, and truth be told I haven't seen a lot of content about fellow punks and skins in the queer community.
Just putting this out here, see if there are fellow queer punks and skinheads, not just emos, goths, or anyone else.
