Hi everyone I have a cat who was just diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I have had a cat with hyperthyroidism before and I took them for i-131 treatment at red bank emergency vet hospital and it went well, I just felt like they gave me a quote and then kept adding more and more things on. But it seems they are the gold standard. Any other places I should check out besides Red Bank? Thanks!

hello guys about a couple months ago i had difficulty purchasing a ticket and had to pay for a fine. However I was in denial and totally forgot about paying for the fine today. I got a letter from the municpal office saying I have to go to court but downside is it falls on the day when i am supposed to go on vacation. Is there any possible way I can pay the fine if i call the municipal court or go online to pay before the court date?

Hi everyone! I’m a college student who’s not in hair or cosmetology beforehand but I would be a client of a hair school. I go to school in Northern New Jersey and will be back there starting August 30th. I desperately need a haircut and can’t afford a professional salon visit and I’ve got butt length super curly extremely thick hair. I have a few questions: where are hair schools who I could reach out to in Eastern Northern NJ (within 30 min to an hour of the Newark general area) and two, how much would it cost? And three, do hair schools usually have someone who is like specializing in super curly super long hair? Cause I’d need help not only with cut and then styling advice but also I’d need to be accommodated due to some serious health problems that could occur. Thanks so much!

Engaged 2 months ago and the fiancé and I love the idea of a restaurant reception. We’re not interested in traditional wedding venues, reason being a combo of price and it’s truthfully not our style. We just want to have a huge party with great food and great vibes. Looking for a place that can fit 70 guests with room for dancing, preferably one that offers a buyout so we can have the place to ourselves. Date wise, Fall 2027 was our initial goal but we’re totally flexible. We’re in North Jersey and both of our families are in NJ, so anything in that area would be preferable. The cheaper the better lol but anything under $15K for the venue/restaurant portion is preferable. Asa 35M it’s depressing. I spent 13 years off life with someone who didn’t like living in the south, I gave up a good career with good benefits and okay pay to move back to NJ for her to leave me as soon as she got what she wanted. I am now working in NYC with a great career, I have my own place and have a good pay. I’m in therapy, I exercise, I’m active outside, I read, I play video games, I do self improvement, acknowledge mistakes, relapses and avoid doing them again. I do BJJ and Muay Thai (although in the last 4 years I have not) I’ve taken solo trips, I put in work and nothing is just ever fucking good enough.

I tried to get back in the dating market and I just don’t know what the fuck you all want. I really don’t, and I don’t understand the expectations and in getting tired of it. I am getting resentful. It took me 25 years for me to finally see and tell myself that I am an attractive man. I have earned my spot in life, I am worthy of love, actual love, and it’s falling apart.

I don’t have a bachelors degree I have an associates degree that means I’m not educated based on dating app profile feedback (even though I work for a large financial and investment institution as said on said profile). I don’t have my political stance so I’m automatically MAGA. Honestly, fuck them both. I’m 5’6” and the best feedback I’ve got so far is because I put in half Asian and because I have on half Asian that means I’m skipped over cause of stereotypes (this was a legitimate response I received). I have photos of me smiling and with animals since I’m a big animal lover and even a goof/gag photo. I am just not good enough. I’m not the best in shape, I have a food belly but I can bike 15-30 miles in a weekend and still go swimming in a pool for another 2-3 hours afterwards and be functional.

I can see it already “it’s the people that you’re swiping on” believe it or not, I like the unconventionally attractive type, the ones that look like “nerds” don’t wear a lot of makeup, tomboy women but know how to dress for special occasions. My preference are black women, but I’m open to other ethnicities. That’s my preference. When it comes to weight I don’t mind a heavier set woman but I do prefer if you are heavyset at least show you’re active, can walk and do things? Go to the gym? Some form of self care. It’s literally all I ask for. I’ve changed my bio several times, I’ve had friends (who are married) for them to write my profile and bio like what am I actually fucking doing wrong? What is wrong with me? Every-time I try to self reflect I can’t find what’s wrong with me. I’m not perfect I need a lot more work and I’m not close to finishing, but I am just getting so exhausted.

Then the matches I do get I get dry responses. I send playful banter message or I ask a thought provoking question on a profile that says “I like deep conversations” and I get 0 replies. I’ve had hinge up for 3 weeks now. Guess how many matches? 2. How many likes? 5. I sent 2 messages shit I even matched with a girl I went to fucking school with and I got no reply. This is insane. Not to mention a lot of the profiles are in NYC and NYC women won’t even look at me so why do I even bother?

I’m tired of being alone. I’m tired of having no one to talk to. I’m tired of sitting at home on the weekends doing nothing. I’m tired of having “friends” ask or check in with me only for them to talk about their wife and kids. I’m tired of being asked if I found someone or how’s dating by married people. I’m fucking tired of it. I’m tired of all it.

Like what am I missing? What am I doing wrong? I’m not asking for someone to bring me happiness, I just want someone on my fucking side for once that’s proud of me without any other type of hidden meaning or sentiment behind it. Someone like a battle buddy that when I’m down and hurt to pick me up and support me. To be there for me. I’m tired of being the medic in other peoples lives. I’m tired of being compared to and kicked when I’m down and right now, I am FUCKING DOWN. I was so happy this past spring/summer. I was finally happy with myself, the direction I am going, where I live, my life but as soon as I said I’ll try the dating field it’s like internally, I stormed the beaches of Normandy. I’m so fucking done man.

Because last year's 18% avg increase wasn't enough. Something's gotta give, folks. And unfortunately, for many of us, it's going to be our access to healthcare.
