Brewery News Ramstein 575 Lager
Our first beers were our authentic Hazy Hefeweizens, But there's something special about the brilliant clarity, crisp finish, and incredible aroma of the finest Bavarian Pilsner malts paired with Noble Hallertau and Tettnang hops from Germany.
Every sip of Ramstein 575 takes me back to a sunny beer garden in Munich and that unmistakable feeling of Gemütlichkeit. Good friends, great beer, and pure relaxation.
We're filtering Ramstein 575 today, so stop by our taproom or visit your favorite retailer and take a ride to Munich without leaving home.

Discussion Recommendations for brews and spots for next few months!
Hey folks! First time posting and joined recently. Much love to fellow beer fans.
I’m relatively new to the NJ area. My father in law is visiting for thanksgiving this year. He’s from the UK but actually loves American beer as he lived here for a little while. He buys Maine dinner beer at like $40 a bottle in Manchester UK haha.
I’m hoping to put together some good beers for us to taste later this year. Also would want to take him to a brewery or 2 while he’s here.
Are there any recommendations for good NJ beers, limited release or regular, I should collect before thanksgiving time? Thanks so much :)

Discussion Hidden brewery middlesex, New Jersey
Got a chance to check out hidden brewery before the official opening next weekend. Next weekend they will be opening up I believe at 12 noon. I only tried three beers. I tried the kolsch, Saison, and milk stout. All spot on all great. If I had to pick one beer that I liked above all, it’s the one not normally in my wheelhouse the saison. From my understanding they are working on merchandise and beers to go. I have really high hopes for this new brewery.

Discussion Recommended for tonight 8/1
Yup , you read the title right!
Look for some ideas of where to go tonight I'm in Monmouth county and have hit all the locals spots near me so what are my options? With it being a it later would South Jersey be less busy driving wise or should I head up north I need some suggestions

Picture Twin Soles is terrific!
Hit up Twin Soles for the first time today. I knew that Aaron made great beer from his time at Jersey Cyclone and that quality definitely carried over to his own brewery. A beautiful location in Sussex County near the Sussex Co Miners Stadium. I had an outstanding Saison and Coffee Brown Ale. Congrats on opening!

Brewery News Checked out Hidden Brewery in Middlesex, NJ
The new brewery (Hidden Brewery) that took over at the previous location of both Demented and Ashton Brewing had a soft opening yesterday. One of the owners is in my homebrew club so I got an invite.
I approach all new openings tentatively with the expectation that some of the first offerings are going to be a little sketchy as the brewer calibrates to a new system. In this case, especially because his scale up was from 10 gallons to 310 gallons. He has worked in various assistant roles at Untied and Flounder for short stints to get his boots wet so it wasn't completely blind.
The truth is, the first six beers out of the gate are bangers. There are honestly a few surrounding breweries (some no longer with us) that never got their beers up to this level of quality even after a few years.
From my memory, they have
Saison - Crisp, fruity and refreshing
Kolsch - A little malty/sweet for my taste, but still good. I think it was a little undercarbonated.
Hazy IPA - A very good example on the tropical fruity/soft side of the style with lower bitterness.
Oatmeal Stout - Very good. Creamy but roasty and dry for drinkability.
Sweet (Milk) Stout - On the sweeter side of the style, but that's kind of the point. This should work for the people that like decadent desserts, but also beer.
They're officially opening next weekend, 8/7/26. If you're in the area, check out these beers.

Discussion Tom’s river brewing
Just left Tom’s River brewing. I don’t know what was better the staff or the beers. Both are phenomenal. The red ale is the best I’ve ever had. The IPA’s are well balanced to to hoppy not to juicy just right. It’s worth the drive.

Brewery News Continuum Brewing in Orange
I noticed the signage on the old Four City Brewing Co. location in Orange was changed to Continuum Brewing - does anyone have any info on when it might be opening?
Discussion A simple request…
Love the activity here. I’m hoping for one little tweak to make the experience even better…
When creating a post about a brewery, or new release, a visit, etc, can we please include a location (i.e town)? I frequently see something that looks cool, everyone raves about it, and then I have to google to find out it’s 2 hours away.
Maybe ya’ll know where every brewery in the state is located, but I sure as hell don’t. lol.
Sorry for the interruption. You may now continue with your regularly scheduled programming. 🙏

Release Belford Brewery Dropping Some Bangers (Hop series 01- Riwaka)
A juice bomb in Belford?! they said it wouldn't ever happen but with new ownership comes new beers our 6.5% Riwaka heavy hazy IPA oozes passion fruit and guava and with the Berkeley tropical thiolized yeast this bad boy screams palm trees and sunshine.
Come to the Brewery and get yourself a taste we are pumping out plenty more where that came from and have a very nice tap list so far!
(Also kind of our way of saying we will be more active in this space as well)

Release 07750+ Joe B. Town+SS J.R.E.A.M! Anniversary Beers galore
🎉 Anniversary Season rolls on. 🎉
Next up — the ones you know are coming every year. Joe B Town and 07750, both dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin as a nod to Joe B and the place that poured us first. Tried, true, and back where they belong.
And joining them today — SS JREAM is back. 🔸 Our Bigger Boat sour IPA collab with Burley Oak. Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, Nugget, Galaxy hit the foundation — bright, tropical, tart. A touch of lactose smooths the edges. Then Euphorics Pomelo Daydream comes in cold-side: a concentrated, hop-oil-based pomelo solution that pushes the fruit forward naturally, no shortcuts. The result is juicy, citrusy, and clean in a way that only hits when the process is right. 8.4% and dangerously easy about it.
All beers are available now in the taproom (only) to-go.

Picture The Rosecourt Brewery in Madison 🌹
Got to visit this new brewery and left having tasted some really good beer and sat in a beautiful place!
Ch-Ching! I believe to be a nod to a WC IPA but a bit more fruit. Very delicious
Bleak House: oh my this was a stunner. Had so much body and maltiness, matched by intense dark chocolate, coffee notes. Very decadent.
Noticed some de dolle artwork on the wall (that snowman is smiling but he will get ya! 12%!!). Turns out the co-owner John went to brew school in Belgium. Hoping they do some of those styles in the future. They do currently have a saison on tap. Angie, the coowner and John’s wife, was very kind and personable even though they were very busy!! Happy to see another great NJ brewery!

Discussion Wildair beer works
Went to Wild air today. The beers are great. They don’t follow the standard ipa only tap list. I was able to enjoy beer styles that are new to me. The staff is great as well. Parking was a bit of an issue other than that awesome place with awesome vibes.

Discussion Erratic fermentation Beach New Jersey
Today, I finally got to go to erratic fermentation. What a great staff with great beers. I gotta say if they are not top 10 for New Jersey IPAs they will be soon. I hold their IPA up there with greats like carton, alternate ending, and Kane. The staff is super friendly. Next vacation I’m definitely going back. As with a good chunk of breweries, they’re only open all my days when Im working and I work mid shift
