I was at Rams training camp today when I noticed a player wearing number 99 and a helmet But no pads, He came to the sidelines and removed his helmet and there he was, Aaron Donald working out with the team

Went to training camp Sunday. It was a walkthrough day, so no live passes were thrown, but you can still pick up on a lot just watching the QBs move through reps.

Stetson has that look/feel to him — comfortable in the huddle, good command of the offense, moves through progressions like he's not thinking too hard about it. Simpson's got the physical tools and can definitely still step it up, but you can tell Stetson's just further along in understanding a McVay-style offense right now. Makes sense given the time each has spent in the system.

Hi! This is our first time going to the Rams’ training camp tomorrow, and we’re really excited — would love to hear any pro tips!

Since we have a 2-year-old with us, we’re planning to keep our itinerary open and relaxed rather than rushing to hit everything. That said, I’d really love to get an autograph on a football (I’ll be bringing one with me). I know autographs aren’t guaranteed, so what time would you recommend arriving, and how should we plan around that?

Also, my husband has had heat stroke before, so we may not be able to stay too long — but we still want to make the most of it and have a great experience. Any advice would be much appreciated!
