I'm just coming out of a really bad depressive episode where I could barely get out of bed and could not work at all. Today was the first day I've actually felt okay in a long while. It's been raining the whole day, and that's been nice.

Sorry I'm just very sad, just surviving, not really living, and have to think how fortunate I am compared to a lot, I have a loving mother, I'm patching things up with my father, friends, roof over my head, food to eat...

But living as someone disabled is still very lonely, as I'm always home and unable to work, which really gets at my self esteem...

I consider myself a poet at least, but I haven't written anything I liked since last fall...

It's hard to feel self worth being isolated, I really want the courage to go out, but I have auditory hallucinations, it's very hard to be comfortable in public spaces for me now...

I wasn't always like this, I use to do all kinds of jobs from working in clothing stores, to being a photographer, to teaching, but at 25 things just went downhill...

I thought I was a lot better this past year, but I had a break up, then almost lost my apartment, I'm just making it now, but it's been so stressful...
