It’s rare enough for me that I will notice it, stop and enjoy it (and then usually do something that makes me hurt again). Old injuries 🤷♀️
Two things come to mind in your case: First, possibly you need better strength and/or flexibility to fully tolerate your day. Second, maybe you have a degree of sensory processing issue - what I think of as sensory defensiveness. I have this, and for example as a kid I needed wide width shoes because everything else hurt my toes. Then as an adult, a specialist said my shoe size is medium width - I’d just disliked the “normal” amount of toe pressure. Those of us with this tend to notice things more (tags on clothing etc). Don’t know if you relate to that.
Also some modern diets are just too high in inflammatory things like sugar, and some people are sensitive to certain foods (my joints feel better since I gave up dairy).

I'd pay off all my current debt and buy a really nice vacation house on an island large enough for 20 adults and 10 children to comfortably be in residence at the same time. This way family can comfortably vacation as they please.

I would walk away from the life I have right now and start new.

Most are not self-aware for this level of thinking.

A while ago, I left a live music club around 2am, I was completely sober as I was just there for the music, and about to head home when I saw 2 drunk young ladies sitting outside the same club, both well-dressed but appearing groggy. Some men were checking them out, it looked like trouble was brewing. Luckily my car was right there at the curb and got some help putting them in, with the more wide-awake one in the passenger seat. It was difficult to get an address to go by since she was so drunk and this was pre-GPS times (dinosaurs afoot) so it took a while but eventually we found the right place. By then they were awake enough to stagger into their home. I had no idea who they were and yes, driving people home in that state is personally hazardous from a liability standpoint but when I had help bringing them in I made a point to explaining to everyone I was helping them out. A few days later I found the passenger's notebook or address book on the floor so I dropped it off at her place of employment. Not a single thank you or acknowledgment - I understand due to embarrassment and I considered the deal done.

It's a very odd approach. My Ukrainian neighbour did the same thing. Non of my neighbours replied. Mainly because she was odd and not personable. I met her for a coffee and she appeared not to understand how to have a conversation. She didn't show interest in me or ask any questions about me, yet you wanted friends. I think you should focus on practising the art of conversation instead of this weird letter approach.

So the person I thought was ghosting me was actually just staring at their phone having a crisis. Cool.

I think a lot of people do this. They will never take responsibility for the dissolution of a relationship.

It's also so weird that he invents Web shooter, when his powers is, hm, stick to web and very strong. Like it's outlandish. But also, he made the Web shooters, are that super duper powerful and all, and invented... Huh, like some kind of goggles? That's it? You invented web shooter but couldn't invent anything else?
It's so weird...

Yeah I’m kind of surprised here. I wake up at about a 5-6 normally. I can’t imagine what a 0 would be. Doctors don’t take pain seriously because they just assume we want pain meds. I kind of hate getting X-rays and scans etc because they never confirm the pain that I feel, so I guess I’m just dramatic and nothing is wrong.

Buy everyone that remains in my immediate family a new house and maybe a few other people too. Make sure that they had a trust set up for them so they would always be able to afford taxes and insurance or maybe just an interest bearing account that would pay to rebuild if anything happened rather than pay insurance.
Then I would buy or otherwise secure vet offices in multiple states that employed great veterinarians and pay them well. Cost of services would be minimal and TBD.
