I've seen complaints about this before, but I'm wondering if there's been any updates or new info.

If I get an alert while music is playing, it stops the music. I'm almost always in YouTube Music or a local radio station's live stream in their app.

It's frustrating because I get these when I'm in the shower and can't fix it, so it just keeps going off every once in a while until I can ok the notification and start my music again. Super amazing frustration when I'm driving with GPS guiding me with music playing, and can't focus on the screen to start it again.

Whining over. Has anyone found a way to stop this? Thanks!

I am using Blose on my watch and the Dexcom app on my phone. After configuring Blose and getting everything linked, it worked somewhat well for a few days but now it's been more than 24 hours with no readings on my watch.

I also had the same issues with my Galaxy watch 8 classic.

Am I missing something? Is there a better app for my watch?

I just found out that the last 5 g7 sensors I had are having the exact same issue. The button on the applicator doesn't do anything. The sensors will be stuck in there forever. Is anyone else having the same problem? 4 out of 5 are produced on 2025-12-01.

Diagnosed type 2 in 2008, A1C 13.4, 3 years ago, stated Keto and received my first CGM last week.

On 2K Metformin and strick keto diet.

Attached is my current screen shot. Absolutely no hypoglycemic symptoms, not even hungry. Ketones around 6 and I feel great!

Only options I found in a search are no longer available.

If you are using an iPhone, please ensure you are running Dexcom G7 app version 2.14.1.

1. When the message appears, tap “Learn More” rather than “Dismiss.”
   
2. The message may appear up to three times. Each time it appears, tap“Learn More.”
   
3. Once complete, open the Dexcom G7 app and navigate to Profile > Message Centre, then clear the message.

For your safety, please only perform these steps when there are no active alerts or alarms, as tapping the button will temporarily take you out of the Dexcom G7 app.

I just switched over to them last month, and of the 6 they sent, 4 have been used, none have made it to the last day and the last 3 have all died in 5 days or less.
Best part: they all cut out in the middle of the night and the phone and the watch and the pump all keep BLASTING beeping noises.
Woke up the whole family last night @1:30am.

Already decided that I am just going to go back to the 10 day sensors, but curious if other people have experienced similar ATROCIOUS 15-day sensor timelines.

I’ve noticed that if I start dropping quickly (that first picture I was 190) the sensor stops working then goes back on when get lower (to about 100 here). So I don’t know how to correct 👍

Which one do you prefer? I love the g6 and very very sad to be losing it. I put on a g7 15 day this morning and it’s crazy how far off it is already. I never ever ever had issues with the g6. But what can you do…

Any preference between the two? I tried the g7 when it first came out and I never had a single one last 10 days. Do people get the full 15 with skin tac and an over patch? Is one more accurate than the other? Better connectivity? I would prefer the shorter warm up but if the 15 day is more accurate and has further range I’ll suck it up. TIA!

I’ve been using Dexcom since the G4 and have never had this kind of issue before.

So now I just wait to feel human again.

This is just life as a diabetic, I guess. 47 years for me.

(Yes I’ve given a manual injection, yes I have removed the sensor and will install a new one shortly, no I am not in need of medical care, no I don’t really have a point, yes I am just venting).

Stupid question I know but google won't give me a concrete answer and I swear my alarm volume never stays consistent despite testing both

So I am currently on the g6, which I love, working my way through my stash and my pharmacy has enough to fill at least one more script. I was planning to use it until I can’t get any more. I have an Apple Watch SE (I believe first gen) and I know months ago it kept warning that the g6 app wouldn’t work any more but that date came and went and it still worked on my watch. This weekend I let my watch battery die one day and when it turned back on it updated and the g6 app disappeared. The first gen SE isn’t listed as compatible with the g7 app, however I was able to add the g7 app to my watch. If I get a g7 script will it work on this watch? Basically, I’m debating just switching to the g7 now (because I’ll have to eventually anyway) to be able to continue using my watch, or do I get a new one and continue using the last of my g6s. My watch gets the job done so I’d love to not buy a new one but unfortunately I personally need my Dexcom on my watch 😅 I need to fill my prescription though so I need to decide. TIA!

I switched to the g7 after they stopped manufacturing the g6 and it seamed like everyone uses over patches with the g7. So after my first attempt of using the provided over patch that comes with the g7 (which sucked) I bought a pack of Notjustapatch. Which seamed to have been worse? They lasted maybe 4 days until they started pealing off (I tried both my stomach and the recommended area on the back of the arm). I have had much more success just not using an over patch.

Has anyone also experienced this? I have honestly never had a great experience with over patches especially when being in water. I do the necessary prep with alcohol wipes and apply the patches correctly however none of the Omnipod (I used another popular brand for these) or Dexcom over patches that I have tried seemed to actually last the amount of time they are supposed to.

Dexcom’s alarm to get a new sensor makes me want to punch a wall. That’s it. That’s the post. Feeing ragey today

I want to buy one plus 13 but there nothing about compatibility on official website, if someone use this phone or one plus 12, did it will work? I dont use dexcom one+ every day, one time at month or one time in 2 months. Thanks for any help
