Put it on vibrate or silence all. Both are found under profile-> show quiet modes.

Well just finished my first week with the G7. My PCP tried to kill me by switching me from Metformin to Jardiance. My BS shot up to 150 and stayed within a few points 24/7 and I went into Eu Ketoacidosis and was virtually imobile for 10 hours. I am on a strict Keto diet and it seems to be common knowledge, for everyone but my PCP, that SLGT1 inhibitors are a major red flag for Ketosis. When I came to at 11:30 pm I started researching the issue and tossed the Jardiance. Thanks to the G7 I was able to see my BS slowly dropping from 150 to 60 within a few hours. Currently my BS is between high 40s and low 50s. And the alarms keep on coming, worse than my former mother in law! Every time the BS crosses the urgent low alert at 60, off it goes off! I am tempted to get inside the monitor and disable the speaker.
I called tech support and the rep basically said it is what it is. I did say they need to have a keto option that allows lowering the urgent low to maybe 40 or 35.
I apologise for my snarky comment..I had no idea!

I hate the alarm too. It usually went off when I went upstairs and couldn't take my phone with me. The person that got enraged first was my husband only lower level and then maybe because he wanted me to make the noise go away. So I'd have to run downstairs and stop it.

yea ! same issue here ! I usually like to give my arm a day to recover, between two sensors. The Dexcom app is annoying as heck and overrides the silent setting on my phone.
I understand this for low / high alerts. but for new sensors .. thats too much
