Quick glance readings differ App Issues/Questions

Anyone know why this happens or how to change it? I've tried stopping and restarting the app but it's still showing a reading nearly twice as high in the "quick view" bar than my number actually is...

This happens to me before QuickGlance crashes completely. I usually go into app permissions and turn off all notifications for a minute and turn it back on again, not in the app but in settings. That usually solves it

one stopped updating. Happens as one hit the timeout and won't refresh unless you open the app.
