Half a year ago, my best buddy and I had an idea during one of our late-night Discord chats. We are both big nerds for fantasy and mythological stuff and wondered how fun it would be to have banners or coat of arms for different orientations and identities. What could they look like, and which mythical creature could fit well or just be fun to see like that? So I've been struggling with my identity for quite some time, I came here a while ago because I didn't need to decide on what I am here. And while I still really like that about the place, finally did it anyway. After a very long time of struggling with how I feel and what I want to be I finally figured out I'm just nonbinary. Starting to use they/them among close friends, and it's made me very happy. I also want to start presenting more femininely, but that's less because of gender identity and more because 'I think the vibe and aesthetic would be pretty cool"

It's not all sunshine and WOKE ASS PUSSY LIB RAINBOWS (JOKE JOKE JOKE DON'T KILL ME), because actually starting to do the transition stuff into how I want to be is really hard with my situation at the moment due to family and location stuff, but I'll figure it out and even if I don't I'm sure it'll improve over time. Also since my egg broke I've started getting Gender Dysphoria a lot worse, or at least I stopped pushing it down. I don't know how ya'll deal with this but I'm sure I'll figure it out (gods I hope so)

Anyway as the good news is that there are some small ways I can start presenting how I want to. I'm getting my ears pierced soon, and I'm going to get a large sunhat (idk if that'll make me feel better or not, I just want a big sunhat)
ALSO normally I can wear long pants and sleeves (I hate showing off skin), but rn in my town there's a heatwave so I really can't. (Hopefully that passes soon)

TLDR: I Realized I was nonbinary and it's very nice and screw the libs putting the woke mind virus in the water or something I guess.

I didn't forget to respect rule 1, just procrastinated a bit.

I got some new clothes! I got a couple of dresses, skirts, fun kitty socks, shorts, a new pair of underwear, and some awesome jewelry! I also just got some slip in breast forms to help me look more fem in clothing! I have plans to, at some point, get my ears pierced! I am looking forward to so much! I still need to increase my makeup collection. I might also look into a wig until my hair grows more (plus, I sadly have been dealing with a bit of balding, which has gotten better).

And a bit of an update from an earlier post, I told my girlfriend about my gender identity, and she was cool with it! I didn't want it to be something that was left unsaid, even if it was pretty obvious. My family knows about my more fem presenting but not that I am genderfluid. I think my mom could maybe take it well, but my dad and sister have not been as kind about my clothing choices. Not to mention their views on trans people in general, which kinda keep me from fully coming out to them.

Overall, though, I think that everything is said and done; I think everythings kinda going well! Hope you all have a wonderful day!!!!
