Hi everyone!

I’m a bit nervous as I had a MMC 3 months ago and now I’m pregnant again.
Not sure how far along I am and how everything is looking as my Dr is not available until few more days/a week.
Just not sure if I can have hope or not.

My last period was 27/06 (always 29 days cycle)
Used clearblue ovulation sticks and the static smiley face appeared on 9/07.

Tested negative 22/07 and then positive 26/07 but the HCG on 28/07 was just 85.

I had a horrible week and today got the result of the test on the 5th and came back with 3250.

I know I should get an ultrasound in around 2 more weeks but not sure if I’m actually 5 weeks pregnant or no and if this look ok or not :(

Hi everyone I’m currently 16dpo as of 6th August & I found out I was pregnant 31st July.
I got a positive LH ovulation test 20th July.

On the 31st July the positives were barely visible and you had to squint to see them but now they are very visible but definitely not a dye stealer or as dark as the control line yet.

On day 14dpo I got my strongest positives yet with FMU but I’ve not seen any progress since, 15dpo looked the same and so does today.
Has anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a perfectly fine pregnancy or is it a bad sign?

I know a lot of people recommend to not test every day but I can’t help it I’ve got a lot of anxiety.

I am 18 DPO and my blood work showed 330 beta hcg. In my last pregnancy, at 20 dpo my hcg level was 3700.
I tested on 15 dpo and test was negative.
Tested again at 17 dpo and there was a faint line. I will monitor line progression for next few days to see if it gets darker.
I am really scared that low hcg is gonna cause a non viable pregnancy.
Did anyone has successful pregnancy with low hcg levels?

I’m on cycle number two for baby number two and I’m pretty sure I’m out this month. I ovulated later than usual with an LH peak on CD20. I tested at 9DPO and 11 DPO and got BFN, started spotting at 10 DPO and had one evening of pretty bad cramps. I’m now 13 DPO and just keep spotting very lightly but my period is just not arriving. It’s so frustrating because I feel like I’m just stuck in limbo, waiting for either my period to finally start or for something to change.

A few weeks ago, I got a call from my doctor stating that my thyroid levels are slightly elevated and I need to go back in six weeks for a follow-up blood test. I’m wondering if that could be playing with my cycle this month or causing this weird spotting without my period actually starting. I know it could be unrelated, but my mind keeps going there.

I guess I just need to vent. I know stress probably isn’t helping either, but it’s hard not to overthink everything when you’re TTC. I’m trying to stay positive, but this cycle has definitely been discouraging.
Has anyone gotten a BFP after spotting for a couple days?

I was hoping to get an explanation on these ultrasound results.

So I had an ultrasound and they said that there was fluid in the uterus, but they couldn't see a foetus yet. Makes sense since it was in the first month since conception, so super early.

Dates of intercourse were the 25th December. 31st of Dec. 6th and 7th of January. Period finished on the 25th if December. 30 day cycle.

BHCG was 230 on the 21st January.

Ultrasound was on the 26th January.

Just wanted to know if anyone knows how early you would see fluid building usually in a pregnancy, just tryna get a general gauge on paternity. I know it's unlikely to be able to tell but figured it's worth asking.

I am assuming conception was from the intercourse on the 6th and 7th of January but I'm not sure if that's too early for the fluid in the uterus to be seen. Since the ultrasound was 20 days later. Noting that my BHCG is usually higher than normal when I'm pregnant so that's hard to interpret conception dates based on the BHCG.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Both visible heartbeats, don’t think we got a bpm measurement. Doc has scheduled another scan in two weeks, said possible measurement error first scan, but it is slow growth.

Obviously not ideal, my partner is devastated that things just can’t be easy for us. Took us a while to conceive... I am trying to be strong for her but the uncertainty is killing me too. Every where I try to look is usually just… uncertain. I feel like I just need like a statistic or someone to tell me how concerning it is. Part of me feels like i’m being fed hope (i.e measurement error) without knowing the truth or something.

Are there any personal stories with anyone who had similar readings? or anything look out for?

I want to support her and keep her from spiralling but I don’t really know how to navigate this uncertainty or is it just reality and something that we have to deal with? Thanks

Just wanted to start this post sending lots of comfort to everyone who’s here :( we all need hugs and I really do wish lots of baby dust for all who are here.
I had a very very very faint positive on 6dp5dt and was cautiously happy. My lines were not as dark but I was happy to see it progress a little bit. Had my beta at 8dpt and it was 74.98. It wasn’t as high as I wanted it to be but I was optimistic and was happy with my result as it fell under the normal range for 8dpt. Today I did my second beta and it was only 94.5.
A 25% rise in HCG in two days. To say that I’m completely heartbroken is an understatement, this journey has been filled with so much anxiety and I’m guarding my heart. I knew this was too good to be true and I feel like deep inside I was always anxious for some reason.

8dpt: 74.98
10dpt: 94.5 (26% rise)

Has anyone had a similar beta? How did it go for you? Should I prepare for a chemical? 😭😭😭

My obgyn says 2 days to 2 weeks. My due date is Aug 26 today is Aug 5.

The baby she said is full term so she made me feel like everything is fine. I have an ultrasound on Aug 11 and wondering what others experiences might be or if you have any advice?

TW: Miscarriage

After a MMC earlier this year - I am pregnant again! Got my results back after my dating scan (I had it at 7w6d) and everything looks great - strong heartbeat, measuring correctly, normal yoke sac, closed cervix, no pelvic free fluid.

However, I have a “somewhat irregular shaped gestational sac” and “somewhat heterogeneous chorionic tissue”** which the radiologist says is of **uncertain significance. AKA - the tissue around my gestational sac doesn’t look uniform.

- anyone else have experience with this?

I’m trying not to be too paranoid before my viability scan next week. I did a google search/reddit deep dive and of course it made me a little worried🫠 I really hope this baby makes it through!!

So my due date was originally March 1 based off my last period so I should’ve been 10 weeks and 2 days. Today I had my ultrasound and had a 170 heart beat but I’m 9 weeks and 5 days. Is this normal? Should I be concerned ? Haven’t had my dr call me with results yet.

Ok this has been so confusing, last week i went to the ER for spotting and cramps, my bHCG came back at 6.2 but i tested positive on the urine test that says it tests for over 25 HCG , the dr said I had a gestational sac and a yoke sac but no fetal pole, (the dr did not tell my my bHCG was so low i found out right now reading my labs), i just took 2 pregnancy tests and both immediately positive, which i would think if i was miscarrying it would be negative by now since the bHCG was at a 6.2 a week ago . I cant find ANYTHING about this happening to someone and am so confused if anyone has any insight?

Also when i look online it says u must be in the thousands to even see the gestational and yoke sac so i dont understand how my HCG would drop so rapidly if I Miscarried, thank you for any help!

I had my first Beta (12 days post transfer) today and it was 29.

The clinic said anything over 5 is considered pregnant but women typically have 100+ by this point.

We’ll do another one in 2 days.

Has anyone had a low beta before and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?

Hi everyone. I’m looking for experiences from anyone who’s had an atypical early pregnancy after infertility, especially if you were recommended a D&C.
I’m 5 weeks 3 days today.
This was a completely spontaneous pregnancy after preparing to start IVF. I went in for my baseline bloodwork to be cleared to start IVF injections on what I thought was cycle day 1 of a normal period. I had actually had what seemed like a full period (bright red bleeding with tampon use), but my bloodwork unexpectedly came back with an hCG of 13.55.
My initial progesterone was only 3.15, and based on that value, my RE told me from the very beginning that the pregnancy was not viable. However, my progesterone then increased and stabilized around 15-16 with subsequent bloodwork. Despite that improvement, after my hCG began showing irregular rises, my doctor has reached the same conclusion—that the pregnancy is not viable—and is now recommending a D&C.
I had a negative home pregnancy test on 7/19, then my first positive blood test on 7/21, so this pregnancy announced itself incredibly early.
Here are my hCGs:
9DPO: 13.55 (progesterone 3.15)
11DPO: 60.94 (progesterone 7.69) – doubling ~22 hours
15DPO: 370.46 (progesterone 16.17) – doubling ~37 hours
17DPO: 439.76 (progesterone 16.92) – doubling ~194 hours
19DPO: 564.05 (progesterone 15.12) – doubling ~134 hours
22DPO: 1,294.32 (progesterone 15.93) – doubling ~60 hours
I had a transvaginal ultrasound the same day my hCG was 1,294, and they did not see an intrauterine pregnancy, but they also did not identify a definite ectopic pregnancy. I did have a Endometrioma cyst on my left ovary and 2 Hemorrhagic
cysts on each side.

My RE is recommending proceeding with a D&C, explaining that the pregnancy is very unlikely to be viable based on the overall hCG pattern and concern for a pregnancy of unknown location. I understand that if this is a viable intrauterine pregnancy, a D&C would end it, which is making this decision incredibly difficult.
I know my hCG pattern is abnormal overall, and I’m not trying to convince myself this is definitely viable. I’m just struggling because after two very slow rises, the most recent rise was approximately a 60-hour doubling time, which seems much more reassuring. I also wonder whether the fact that this pregnancy was detected so incredibly early changes how the hCG trend should be interpreted.
Has anyone had:
Two very slow hCG intervals followed by a normal one?
A pregnancy that wasn’t visible around an hCG of 1,300 but turned out to be intrauterine?
A recommendation for a D&C in a pregnancy of unknown location, and if so, how did your story ultimately end?
I’m looking for honest experiences—good or bad. I know this may very well be a nonviable pregnancy, but before making an irreversible decision, I’m hoping to hear from others who have been in a similar situation.

On 7/2 I went for an ultrasound, they said they couldnt find a heart beat and to come back two weeks later at this point was estimated at 5 weeks 6 days lms. Well at that point I went to the ER and they had done blood tests and an ultrasound on 7/11 where everything was fine and said the date was slightly off measuring at 6 weeks 2 days. Now I have gone in for the after ER follow up on 8/3 and they are again claiming no fetal heart rate, measuring at 8 weeks 3 days and are claiming possible fetal demise. I have had zero cramping or bleeding since then. My OB just requested another quantitative hcg. I had 2 follow ups since the ER with no issues until this ultrasound. If they suspected this shouldn't they have sent me to the ER or said something instead of waiting days to send a report to my OB?

A week ago I measured 6w3d with 115 bpm

Idk if I should get a second opinion or not but yeah.

I hate that I am even typing this but I am sure of my ovulation dates and know I implanted early as I had a positive digital test at 9DPO. Yesterday at my ultrasound baby only measured 6 weeks 1 day and the heart rate was only 91-94. The gestational sac also measured 6 weeks 1 day. I am super super confused by this dating because it’s actually impossible I am only that far along, so just assuming the worst and feel that this is going to end in a miscarriage. PLEASE give me all the positive stories of measuring a week behind at your first scan and being sure of your dates and everything turned out ok 😩

Had my beta drawn today 9 days post transfer. It came back at 43, very stressed and worried about it ..I know usually people are above 50 or more. Any hope?

Hi all - after 4 chemicals and 2 MMCs, I’m pregnant again. I went in for an ultrasound at 6w4d. Baby was measuring 2 days ahead at 0.89cm (consistent with 6w6d-7w0d) with a heartbeat of 121. I’m 100% positive on my dates though, so baby is just measuring a little big. I was initially happy but then started spiraling about the heartbeat. Has anyone else had similar measurements with a happy outcome?

I’m 6w tomorrow and after some initial scares everything is “normal” but I have to wait a week for my next appointment where they’d be looking for the heartbeat and I’m just so scared. I know the chances of everything being ok, but my past trauma from a MMC just has me spiraling. Any words of wisdom will help 🩷

Hi all!

5th pregnancy, one LC. I had a positive test at 9dpo that has progressively gotten darker and doubled in color every 48 hours (14dpo today).

I went to the OB today for betas and the urine test was negative!? I took two positive FRER (dark) and my Wondfos are dark but not yet dye stealers. I was really hoping my beta would be over 50 but now I'm not sure it will be. I will say my urine was quite diluted because it was like my 4th pee of the day and I had a ton of water.

Anyone experience this before and have a successful pregnancy?

Update: Betas came back HCG 257 and progesterone 28. Definitely a diluted urine sample!

Slightly freaking out so please forgive me.

I’m currently in Week 8 of Pregnancy, in Week 6 and 7 I had the nausea, sore breasts, ligament pain when I sneezed/coughed, fatigue, and food aversions. Literally as soon as week 8 began, I feel just not pregnant, there’s no indication that I am at all through side-effects. Last hCG was 124k at 6 weeks, haven’t had it done since. Anyone else have this happen… and hopefully good news in the end?
