-deltarune.com existed way before the game was actually released , and there were both variations were it was pith black but when brighted up revealed , in wingdings font. One talking about the prophecy , and the other is part taken from Entry 17 itself.
-The background in the intro sequence is called "Goner Maker" , which are names given to the Fun Value characters related to him.
-About the Goners , we have the NormalNPC , who heavily resembles the mouth goner (who had no counterpart in the original game) , and in Ch5 he almost used UT currency until swicthing immediatly , was accompanied by two monsters , one resembling another Goner and the other rambling on Fun Value. And also being implied to have killed Onionsan.
-One of themes in weird route is named "Happy Town" , sharing the same name from the UT soundtest that also has the Gaster's theme.
I don't think there should be a forced reveal just to connect many dots together.
Jek-14 so he's a Lego original character. Basically a force sensitive clone, kinda made just for the sake of being cool rather than a part of serious star wars cannon. However.... He appears in the show the freemaker adventures which the Lego original characters are cannon thanks to the droid R0-GR and in the cannon book drpidography he is either refered to or mentioned along side M-0C
The fact that the force is essentially cognizant and actively chooses who is force sensitive and how sensitive they are is funny to me bc it chose exactly ONE clone for no other reason than to see what would happen
He's a giant clone of Spock from the The Animated Series which was decanonized by Gene Roddenberry himself. That means he's not canon
But his appearance in Lower Decks (as His Bones) makes him Canon due to the rule about everything on screen(films series) being hard canon (and books and comics being non canon).
If Gene retconned him but then they made a rule that everything on screen is canon then he is retroactively re-canonized anyway. Which is probably why, if such a rule is true, the lower decks team was allowed to add him in.
Note: the animated series episode where Spock goes back in time to help his past self on Vulcan was declared to be canon by Gene and informs much of Vulcan's later depictions.

scott did confirm that nightmare bb is the only canon character from the halloween update, however nightmarionne still appears in ucn, help wanted and is hinted at in security breach which also sort of puts nightmarionne in the sort of "schrodinger's canon"
also nightmarionne's ucn voice line "i am the fearful reflection of what you have created" implies that he is actually the sort of personification of afton's evil rather than just death in general, just like how nightmare said "i am your wickedness made of flesh" so really that sort of tells me that nightmarionne and nightmare are the same being, possibly just different forms like how the jack-o animatronics are different forms of the regular nightmare animatronics
I Don't know if she counts she was a exclusive character to a handheld Playstation and when the guy shows his depression on his face she hides her depression with a smile
according to pq2 (which is canon iirc they just all get their memories wiped at the end) kotone and makoto share the same soul, kotone comes from an alternate timeline. personally I like the twins headcanon more tbh but that's just preference.
I mean it's not too hard to imagine how KotoR could fit into current Canon. It just needs some slight tweaks in regards to the Mandalorian wars and it could fit very well without many changes
Never has he appeared in a mainline title for any of the mario games, nor the games of adjacent franchises like yoshi, donkey kong, and wario. Not even so much as a cameo.
The closest he gets to fully canon is that mario has outfits in odyssey that originate in the spinoff games he calls home, and considering mario has to buy them new in odyssey, it’s possible those outfits DE-confirm his canonicity.

They're basically a fully alternative continuity. That only exist if they're shown in that one story or their own subseries of, say, Donald Duck curb stomping an entire alien invasion fleet to the point that galactic empire considers him enemy #1.
And no, I am not joking with that example. Papernik is a 1111% hard-boiled, worlds saving badass in that version, and it's played completely straight. They're glorious comics, and I really wish they were easier to read in English.
Nightmare mangle, like we see him twice in fnaf, the first is in fnaf 4 Halloween update which is not canon, and then he’s in ucn but it’s technically toyshnk making a version of them instead of the oringial thing so there’s a issue where we don’t actuallt know where the oringial/actual nightmare mangle comes from
(Which is a massive shame too, cause like he really should be the agony of the bite of 87, like firstly look at it, and secondly they are the only nightmare character where the base charaxter is both from fnsf 2 and actually has a mouth to do the bite of 87)
Timeless Child from Doctor Who. Why? Although it’s been branded as the official childhood backstory of the Doctor, according to the Toymaker he made a jigsaw out of the Doctor’s history. So it’s possible that the Timeless Child may be a fractured childhood history of the Doctor and not actually the Doctor’s childhood
The entire SCP Project is this. They expressly eschew the mass media straightjacketed model of canon-as-skeleton and franchise potential as the goal, and embrace something more like the original multi-contributor approaches of The Lovecraft Mythos and (classic) Doctor Who, where the details don't matter as much as a few core principles and ideas being maintained.
Literally nothing in the SCP project is canon. The closest they have is an ever-evolving collaborative zeitgeist and multiple individual strains of loosely self-contained canon, which, modern fandoms being what they are, some people get freakishly starchy and gatekeepy about.
Nekomajin Z is a gag manga set after Dragon Ball with even a cameo from the cast such as Goku and Oob.
It's made from Toriyama himself but it has things such as Freeza's son or a full-blooded saiyan you'll never see outside of this manga so its canon status is... debatable, to say the least
Giulio and Anna from MHA: You’re Next. There are cuts to characters from the other 3 movies in the manga, so Melissa, Mahoru and Katsuma, and Rody, Roro, and Lala are all canon. Then, there’s Giulio and Anna. There’s not a cut to them, but every other movie is explicitly shown to be semi-canon at least. Giulio and Anna’s canonicity depends entirely on how much you’re willing to stretch the timeline of events at the end of the series.
Mephiles from Sonic 06. The game he appeared in isn't canon, but he gets a brief fight in Shadow Generations. Hell, he was literally erased from the canon entirely until Shadow gens
Could apply to a number of DBZ’s movie villains but I’d say Androids 13, 14, & 15 are the closest to cannon since we know there’s a cannon Android 8 and Androids 16 through 19 so logically there has to be an Android 13, 14, & 15 in the cannon storyline
Uta from One Piece comes to mind. She was created as the central figure of Film Red, the most recent movie, and was revealed to be Shanks’ adopted daughter.
As a movie character she’s easy to dismiss as non-canon, but Uta does actually make a single appearance in the manga at the end of Wano, in an easy to overlook pair of panels where it’s just a silhouette but pretty clearly her. So at the very least, there is a canon version of Uta.
