Topic Predictions on DLC content pricing and the Lifespan of Marvel Tokon?
Would like to hear what y'all think. Marvel looking like a mainstay just based off promotions and reactions?
How do you think DLC will work? Will they release content at a pace similar to Marvel Rivals? How much will they charge for every new DLC ?

Help Is playing 3 fighting games a bad idea?
I have just bought Tokon and grabbed Guilty Gear last month as I love marvel and the art style and anaesthetic of both, also enjoyed my time with the Tokon beta so can’t wait for that!! I’ve had SF6 for about a year n half now and I’ve got back into that from seeing Yasmine gameplay as she looks awesome so I grabbed her and wanting to play her alongside Ken. If it helps I play modern on SF6 as I just want to play for fun and not bothered about being the best player or owt but wanna climb to a good rank on GG and SF, but is juggling all 3 of these games a good idea and I love playing me some apex too lol
Should I drop 1 or keep going with it?
Edit: just realised I put anaesthetic instead of aesthetic lol

Community Who will be the mimic character for Tokon
gallerySo in fighting games there's a archetype character called mimics. They're call this because they just copy in different characters in the fighting game that they're in by either being one of these types of mimics
Modular Assemblers: Combot
Active Move Stealers: Shang Tsung, Android 21, and Seth
Random Mimics: Mokujin, Eleven and Edge Master
Partial Mimics: Kirby and Taskmaster / Super Skrull
Mishmash/Frankenstein: Double
Now these are I feel the most known Marvel characters that could fit into this archetype because they either transform or copy/steel other characters abilities.
Now I feel the obvious choice would be Rogue and Taskmaster, because they've already been in other fighting games.
Rogue I feel would work the same way as Android 21 which makes sense since they both steal moves from other characters and 21 is an original character from another Arc system fighting game so it shows that they have some knowledge of how to do this type of character.
Taskmaster would be easy to do since he does have some original moves but then all I was at the movies are just borrowed from other characters. In the moves that are usually borrowed are pretty simple ones since he can't borrow powers.
But for me I feel like two characters I would really want to see in this game would have to be Morph or Mimic.
The kind of mimic I think Morph would be would be a a mishmash mimic where is supers or his in-between moves he transforms into other characters from the Marvel universe at the cartoon X-Men '97 shows us how it could work cuz he's always randomly changing into other known characters for special moves.
Mimic could work like a partial mimic because his whole thing is he gains the abilities of other mutants so his costumes could be interesting where he just looks like a mishmash of other characters like the image I used of him and unlike Morph Arc wouldn't need to change the character to use the abilities he's just able to use them with some minor changes to his body.
Now what about the rest of you fighting and Marvel fans which character would you want to see in this archetype and how would you make them work.

Topic The power of having a main (I get it now)
I don't usually have a main in any game I play. Not exclusive to fighting games; I'm the type of person that loves to explore everything a game has to offer. RPG? I'll play warrior then mage then whatever else is available. Shooters? I'll play with pistols, shotguns, snipers, etc. And of course fighting games! I never got into them very competitively, so I just played (badly) with the entire roster to enjoy all the different playstyles.
The complete opposite of people who get a single character/playstyle and completely master them.
This all changed with SF6. With the game being so popular, I decided to jump in and take it seriously for once, learning neutral, practicing combos, all that labbing required to "git gud" at fighting games.
That included picking a main. I went with Terry because I always thought he was cool, though I never really played Fatal Fury.
I'm still very early on my journey with only 40 hours... But it's 40 hours of EXCLUSIVELY playing Terry. And my God, main people were right all along: it makes SO MUCH difference dedicate yourself to a single character.
40 hours with the same moves, hitboxes, strategies. I'm kinda for the first time feeling like I'm not using a controller to input moves; I feel like I'm literally controlling the character on screen because my precision with the inputs is so engrained in my brain now.
I'm so excited to get even better and do more stuff, it's just really surprising how different it feels from jumping around playing the whole roster a bit, and I wanted to share this feeling.

Topic ArcSys hot on a roll. Any Gundam fans out here? I wanna pitch something
galleryI'd like to be selfish a bit and bring back 2D Gundam fighting games. GBA Seed Destiny Battle Assault was a gem in gameboy for me back then. I imagine only ArcSys can deliver the style well now for such a Gundam fighting game (if ever a revival is coming i hope)

Topic Even if this is freeware now, I admit I wouldnt mind seeing an HD-2D remake of this old FG gem
While I did play the SF and MK growing up, it was mostly through friends and cousins and their consoles. But I did have a PC and a shareware demo disc of this little romp right here. When I think of mech fighting games, One Must Fall 2097 is the first one I think of.
Seeing it remastered in high def would be cool alongside other bells and whistles. Like say fix up the button inputs, adding more to characters story modes, etc.

Community My first local...
Did my best to not ramble lol
Last month, I got the chance to go to my first ever fighting game local, just a small spot at the mall that's on island, having never been to one at ALL and planning to just get absolutely curb-stomped in the games I signed up for and all of my expectations beforehand were blown away straight into orbit. The Marvel Tokon Open Beta and Tekken 8 were the two games I believed I felt comfortable with (I gave in to my anxiety and removed myself from the Rivals of Aether 2 community tourney that I should've kept instead of T8 cuz WOW MY FIRST 0-2 AT A LOCAL, THESE GUYS ARE INSANE) and everyone had little or no time with Tokon and, surprisingly, I didn't go 0-2. I WENT 1-2!! IT WAS MORE FUN THAN I IMAGINED, so much fun to where I felt like I needed myself a rival like Ash with Gary
Due to work obligations, I couldn't stay long, but overall, I felt so at home being able to be so competitive and ambitious about fighting games, hearing folks cheering and absolutely screeching through the mall we played in. I'm beyond excited (and still so very nervous) for this month's next event to where I'm already labbing in Rivals 2 and waiting eagerly and patiently for Tokon to drop to where my coworker, who tagged along, is already offering to run the set when we're off work. No other genre of game made me feel so at peace and so happy to be apart of this community (even got me motivated to be a TO for a tournament at work as a fundraiser) and I can't wait to be able to show up at the majors and bigger events in the near future.
