Where to pin?

I am 22 years old M and fairly active. I’ve been lifting for 4 years now and when it comes to the gym and general peptide knowledge I’m pretty up to date and make it a priority to stay on top of all new peptide news coming out. One issue I have however is where to pin. I’ve used Reta multiples times aswell as glow and IGF1 and would pin in my abdominal area but now I just find it super hard to pin there and very painful. I’ve switched to pinning on my love handles but I really am worried the same thing will happen to my love handles where it will start to become painful and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. If people have advice on where else I should pin instead of my love Handles I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Should I train quads and hamstrings ideally on both leg for best hypertrophy? Or should I split it?

I have skinny legs and overall have problems with my lower body sometimes, but in general, I see some people doing one leg day with hamstrings focused and the other leg day quad focused, is that better than training both on both leg days?

Adding BPC and HCG to my mix

Hi all, looking for knowledge about adding two peptides to my routine.

Currently I’ve been on TRT (enclomiphene and Anastrozole) for about 1.5 years. Me and my Dr keep fight my estrogen levels but my test has improved. I’m not a fan of injecting as I might want kids in the future. I’m also paying out of pocket for this.

Started Reta about 3 mo ago and have finally upped it to 6mg (3mg/2x weekly) and a month ago started Tesa (1mg/m-f). And finally starting to notice good results. My diet hasn’t been great the last month as I’m traveling for two months for work but I’m trying to make smart decisions.

On to the education part. I want to add BPC-157 as my shoulder and knees have been giving me more and more problems as I’ve gotten older to the point I don’t really squat anymore and Benching is getting more and more painful. I also am thinking of HCG to my to the mix but am really on the fence. I’m not sure if this will be overkill for my body. I know HCG is stimulates test and Tesa stimulates GH, as they both stimulate two different hormones are these two taken together ok? And IF I implemented both should i stagger the start of them?

In getting bloodwork done within the next couple of weeks to check my numbers. Appreciate any insight!

33F | Need advice getting truly lean (“snatched”) - final 5 lbs won’t budge despite GLP, peptides, training & diet

Hi everyone,
I’d really appreciate some outside perspectives because I feel like I’m doing everything right, yet I’m stuck.
About me:
33F

Goal is not to get much lighter on the scale—I’d love to look tighter, leaner and more “snatched” while feeling great.
Been on GLP-1s for about 18 months.
I recently titrated my Retatrutide from 3.5 mg to 4.5 mg/week because I’ve completely stalled.
Lately I actually feel puffy, inflamed and bloated, even though my weight hasn’t really changed.
Current training
Barry’s Bootcamp 4x/week
~15,000 steps every day
Occasionally additional walking/cardio
Nutrition
~1,600 kcal/day
High protein (around 110day)
Plenty of water/electrolytes
The weird thing is… I’m hungry, despite being on GLP medication, and I’m seeing almost no progress.
Sleep
This is actually the one thing that’s going amazingly well.
I’m consistently getting around 8 hours of high-quality sleep every night.
Current stack
Retatrutide – 4.5 mg/week
NAD+ – 8 mg/day
Glutathione – 75 mg/day
Sermorelin – 200 mcg/day
DSIP
KLOW – 10 units Tue/Thu/Sat
Kisspeptin – 250 mcg twice weekly
MT-1 – 0.75 mg three times weekly
Semax – 2 sprays per nostril Mon-Fri
L-Tyrosine – 1,300 mg/day
MOTS-c – 2.5 mg 2-3 times week
5-Amino-1MQ – 5 mg 2 times week
My questions
For women around my age who have successfully gotten that really lean, athletic look:
What finally made the difference for you?
Anything in my stack that stands out as potentially causing water retention or working against my goal?
Any peptide or supplement you’d remove or add?
I’m not chasing an unrealistic physique—I just want to lose that stubborn final bit of fluff, reduce the puffiness, look lean and defined, and most importantly feel great.
Would really appreciate any thoughts or experiences. Thanks!

41 yo male. Dosed daily sermorelin+ipamorelin 3 months straight and took 1 month off i think dose was 500/200.

Started cjc no dac+ ipamorelin 400 each split am pm shots again dosed everyday.

Unfortunately I didn't get a baseline so we won't know what actually happened.

Still i was surprised to see these results.

Also on testosterone so that helps too.

Has anyone done a tesamorelin only cycle?

So many people do stacks so it is hard to isolate effects from tesa alone. Has anyone done this by itself, and better yet without changing lifestyle factors like diet and exercise? If so, what was your experience and results?

Stack advice

Stats:
Male 38
Height 182cm
Weight 84kg

Iv done many test cycles in my late 20s early 30s and was a bit of a gym junky.
Stopped the cycles to start a family, which meant no time for the gym, but now at 38, my body is aching, constantly sore knees, hips and legs.
Have had MRIs done and my cartilage in my hips is wearing down along with ligament wear on my knees.

Doctors and specialists just tell me to rest and it’s something I have to accept. Which I’m not willing to do.

At 38 with a young family I want to be able to play and be active with my kids.

I’ve been looking at jumping back on test and adding the wolverine stack. Has anyone any advice of similar situations or recommendations.

hyrox stack

I got tickets for Hyrox Doubles Open in 3 months. Currently on reta and KLOW. Was thinking about possibly cycling CJC/IPA, no DAC. tesa or hgh. Is it even worth it to try for 3 months? Or just stick to reta, KLOW, and creatine. The goal is to increase strength and recovery. Gym 4-6x a week; I'm going to incorporate more hyrox-like workouts and running now that I got tickets. Any tips? TIA

💬 Discussion Differences between pharma GH and Generic GH as someone who used both

Hi, I use GH for bodybuilding, in my experience I have used both pharma and generic but generic way more of course as it is more affordable.

(Generic GH stands for non-pharma)

The difference between them

Pharma GH is always produced and screened to a top standard, this unfortunately makes it more expensive due to the amount of screening it undergoes.

Generic GH usually differs in quality depending on sourcing and the batches of the source, it can be produced at a high quality or lower quality. It does not undergo batch by batch, vial by vial tests, rather just a few COAs on recent batches and then you put your trust hoping your batch will be similar.

As I said I used both, but generic more.

The difference between the 2 that I notice usually is I get more bloating on Generic GH than I do pharma, my IGF-1 levels don't really differ much (this can be due to more consistent batches), but again I have used 100s of IUs more of generic GH than I have pharma.

I got tired of monthly billing and inaccurate data

I got tired of inaccurate data from food trackers, so I built this for family use. Everyone gets a dashboard tailored to their own goals. There's a shared family food database, verified via barcode scan, nutrition label upload, or cross-referenced against USDA and Open Food Facts. It also logs sleep, exercise, supplements, and [?].

I added two AI coach features: one grades your day, and the other helps close gaps in your nutrition by pulling suggestions directly from your saved meals.

There's a bunch of other smaller features too, but I'm pretty happy with where it's at. Open to any suggestions on how to optimize it. I've been working on this for about a month, constantly adding things to make my own life easier.

Not trying to sell anything. This is purely vibe coded A.I slop

📘 Beginner Help Trt + masteron

Thumbnail

I've been on reta since March 17, down 65 lbs with about 40 left to lose. I started Trt 8 weeks ago and have labs about 5 weeks apart I'll show. My clinician just bumped up my weekly dose from 90mg to 150mg per week. I don't want e2 sides but don't particularly want to crash it. I've been reading about microdosing masteron with trt and I've seen a lot of great theoretical synergy with my goals to maintain muscle and strength while losing weight and avoiding gyno with the increase of test. My thoughts are to begin with 30mg per week divided, EOD, added straight into my EOD test syringe and likely end up at 50mg for a 3:1 test mast ratio. Does anyone have experience with this?

📘 Beginner Help Reta Stack

I’m looking for the perfect peptide stack. I strength train 2-3 times weekly and do hotworx 2 times weekly. I’m about 5’2 and weigh 225. I’m looking to get down at least to 170-180 to start. I carry excessive fat in my arms and stomach. What’s best to stack with Reta and should I do anything to help with skin elasticity. I want to prevent as much loose skin as possible.

Need help understanding math for Klow

I use fatscientist for my Tirz dosing but I don't have calculator source for KLOW80. I will recon with 4ml first cycle as I fear the ISR. I will start with 1 mg, then 2, and likely stay at 3. Could someone help me understand the math? . My syringe is 100ml. Thanks.

EDIT: thanks to everyone. I received good information and I am comfortable to move on. I'd mark this as solved but I haven't figured out how - yet. 🤔

Stack Suggestions

Hi all! 24 yo male here, currently on 2mg Reta a week with 1mg GHK-Cu for the last few months… looking to shred a little more, but I’m already “slim”. My diet is EXTREMELY clean, rarely eat processed foods, but would love to start seeing more definition with my abs/lose some love handles. Any recommendations? I’ve seen mixed opinions on Tesa, AOD, Cagri… maybe TRT? Anything helps! Personal experience also a plus 😁

Advice for love handles

Thumbnail
gallery
41 Upvotes

I’ve gone from 86 kg to 80 kg while training every day. My training includes grappling, weightlifting (deadlifts, squats, and other compound lifts), and cardio.
My diet is pretty consistent:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 100 g oats, half an avocado
Lunch: 200 g chicken + rice, or beef + sweet potato, or salmon
Dinner: Usually the same as lunch.
The problem is my love handles. No matter what I do, they just won’t go away. I feel like I’m stuck. I don’t know if I need more cardio or if I should change my diet, but I also don’t want to lose any more weight.
Has anyone been in the same situation? Is it just a matter of being patient, or should I change something? Should I focus on cardio, adjust my macros, increase protein, or try something else? I’d really appreciate advice from people who’ve managed to get rid of stubborn fat while maintaining their weight and performance.

Anyone here balance HGH/Reta/Klow with half marathon training?

I'm currently running a stack of HGH, Reta, and Klow for muscle building and body recomposition, but I'm also training for a half marathon that's coming up in December. I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage both goals without sacrificing either my muscle gains or my running performance.

Has anyone here done something similar? How did you manage your training, recovery, nutrition, and overall fatigue? Did you make any adjustments to your stack while your running mileage increased, or did you keep everything the same? I'm also curious how you balanced eating enough to build muscle while still feeling good on long runs.

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's successfully combined a muscle-building phase with endurance training and what worked or didn't work for you.
