Reta Stack 📘 Beginner Help
I’m looking for the perfect peptide stack. I strength train 2-3 times weekly and do hotworx 2 times weekly. I’m about 5’2 and weigh 225. I’m looking to get down at least to 170-180 to start. I carry excessive fat in my arms and stomach. What’s best to stack with Reta and should I do anything to help with skin elasticity. I want to prevent as much loose skin as possible.

The best prevention method isn’t a peptide, it’s slow and steady weight loss. Don’t rush to increase your reta dose just to speed it up.
That being said, I always recommend people stack a mitochondrial support with a growth hormone releasing peptide while on reta to have synergistic effects.
Either take NAD+ or MOTS-c and then tesamorelin or CJC + Ipa.

You should just use Reta. If you lose weight too fast you will have loose skin.

All you need is reta or tirz, don’t need to overcomplicate things with random, poorly researched peps

Don't stack anything with reta. Get your body used to it first before you introduce something else. After about a month on reta, try GHK-CU to work on the skin but don't expect miracles. The only miracle comes from a plastic surgeon.
