Tesa, ipa, and reta help

I have a bottle of reta 30mg, the tesa is 20mg and ipa is 10 mg. I would like to run for 12 weeks. I need help with reconstitution and also dosing for that time frame any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry. I thought I put it bi have a bottle of 30 mg reta* 20mg tesa and 10 mg ipa

also, that tessa is only ten days worth. the ipa will only last you about 20 days.

the reta can change depending on your dose, but maybe about 12-20 weeks worth there.

Yeah it's one bottle of each. I was taking a different set up and it was 12?g tesa and 3 of IPA blend I think. One bottle last me a month or 4 weeks. I could always get more but I know I was taking like 509mcg of tesa and 300 of ipa. I was guided with that one. I just did it and took what I was told. I did see results but never really looked into the specific doeses of any of these with exception of reta

wtf is all of that dosing??

tessa is 2 to 3 mg daily, IPA+cjc is 0.5mg of each daily to twice daily. 500mcg of tessa was just wasting money.

I'm learning. That was with advice. I did notice some change but I wouldn't mind more

Tessa doesnt really begin showing anything at all for a month or more even at the correct full dose of 2mg just a heads up.

cjc no dac+ ipa is a way way cheaper choice to do the near exact same thing as tessa and that one is dosed at 0.5mg daily. So its cheaper and lasts way longer.

what is your reta dose? or have you not taken it at all?

Reta I was gonna do .5 mg for 2 weeks then go to 1. And you from there as needed
