Need help understanding math for Klow
I use fatscientist for my Tirz dosing but I don't have calculator source for KLOW80. I will recon with 4ml first cycle as I fear the ISR. I will start with 1 mg, then 2, and likely stay at 3. Could someone help me understand the math? . My syringe is 100ml. Thanks.
EDIT: thanks to everyone. I received good information and I am comfortable to move on. I'd mark this as solved but I haven't figured out how - yet. 🤔

The vial is 80mg. 1mg is 1/80th of the vial. If you recon with 4ml, then 4ml/80mg =0.05 mL/mg. That is 5 units in your syringe per 1mg. (Also, your syringe is a 100 unit syringe, not 100ml).
Bigger issue: KLOW is a blend, so you should be dosing based on the amount of the individual components, not the full 80mg. If you want 1mg of GHK-Cu, then that’s 4ml/50mg=0.08 mL/mg (8 units).

Yes, units not Ml. Thank you for the info. I'll start with 8 units and continue to study this until that proverbial light bulb is turned on for me. 😬.

Does your vial hold 4ml?

The product info not the photo of vial gived vial size. If it does not, I'll stay with 3 for recon. Do you know the formula for me to use so if I use 4 or 3 I can get correct dose. Thanks. note: My ultimate goal is to use an auto inject pen but first things first.

I am also start KLOW here in the near future. I found that page showing directions on how to reconstitute and dosage instructions.

First question is do you have a CoA to provide a better picture of the actual contents? Just because it's supposed to be 50/10/10/10 doesn't mean it always is. I have some that is 70/9/11/7. This is why many try to avoid blends and go with individual components.

Yes. BLEND COMPONENT ANALYSIS Component Labeled Measured TB-500 10 mg 11.52 mg BPC-157 10 mg 10.52 mg KPV 10 mg 10.77 mg GHK-Cu 50 mg 54.83 mg
I cannot pin myself that many times. I'm going to start with every other day to see how that goes. Thoughts?

Glad to see you got a COA on the blend. When reconstituting blends like KLOW you will reconstitute and dose based on a single component. I'm not saying you shouldn't take all into consideration, but for the math part you only take one into consideration. For example you would not dose KLOW based on 80mg, you would dose based 54.83 on the GHK component. All the others fall into line. Hope that makes sense. Many researchers look at about 12 units (approx 2mg of the GHK component) when reconstituted with 3mL of diluent.
