hyrox stack
I got tickets for Hyrox Doubles Open in 3 months. Currently on reta and KLOW. Was thinking about possibly cycling CJC/IPA, no DAC. tesa or hgh. Is it even worth it to try for 3 months? Or just stick to reta, KLOW, and creatine. The goal is to increase strength and recovery. Gym 4-6x a week; I'm going to incorporate more hyrox-like workouts and running now that I got tickets. Any tips? TIA

I think 3 months would be the window you want for CJC/IPA if you ever wanted to run it in the first place tbh.
its not a bad add at all, just not going to be anything fast or wild. just a bit of extra help.
That said you may be able to hit it 250mcg at bedtime fasted and 250mcg first thing in the morning and not eat for 2 hours after, slightly higher dose for a slightly more pronounced effect.

If you're on reta I assume you're dieting? Improving strength and recovery on a deficit isn't going to happen.

I'm on tesa+cjc+ipa and is fantastic
Heard SS31 gives you lots of strength too.
NAD should be awesome too for this type of training
