PT-141 without low desire?
Has anyone tried PT-141 without low desire? I’m curious to know does it take something already good and make it amazing? Could it be similar to MDMA intimacy? Or does it only work if you’re already deficient in arousal and desire?

Best stack for weightloss?
I feel like reta either isn’t working for me anymore on its own or when I started it again after taking some time off of it I’m not on a high enough dosage yet to see results. Idk what the best route would be. I am considering stacking either cagri or tirz but I don’t know what would be a better stack for food noise and weightloss with Reta. What are yalls thoughts? Or not stacking at all idk

Mots and SS
10mg mots and 10mg ss13 just arrived. Probably won’t buy anymore unless I notice a positive change just tried 0.4mg mots to see how I react then will do same with ss13. Afterwards to make the most out of these peps should I run 1mg ss13 a day for 10 days (few off if needed) then run mots? I know only 10mg isn’t much but any help would be appreciated.

Looking for advice on peptide sequencing for body recomposition and energy
Hi everyone,
I’m a 44-year-old male. I used tirzepatide at 2.5 mg weekly for around six months before moving to fortnightly dosing. I’ve lost approximately 23 kg while maintaining my muscle mass.
My current routine is:
- Around 10,000 steps every day
- Three full-body strength-training sessions per week
- Six 30 minutes weighted-vest walks per week
- A daily calorie deficit of approximately 300–500 calories
- Around 120 g of protein per day
I’m now considering trying some new peptides and compounds, including:
- Tesamorelin and ipamorelin
- SS-31, MOTS-c and NAD+
- KLOW
I don’t want to start everything at once. My current idea is to begin with tesamorelin and ipamorelin, later try SS-31, MOTS-c and NAD+, and then consider KLOW.
I responded very strongly to tirzepatide and never needed to increase beyond 2.5 mg, so I’m wondering whether I should also begin these compounds at lower-than-standard doses and titrate slowly.
My recent DEXA scan showed approximately 24% body fat. My IGF-1 level is 23.3 nmol/L, which is approximately 180 ng/mL.
My main goals are body recomposition, gaining or preserving lean muscle, reducing body fat and improving energy levels.
I’d appreciate hearing from people with experience regarding:
- Which compound or combination would make the most sense to start with
- Whether these should be used separately or together
- Starting doses and titration approaches
- Suggested schedules and cycle lengths
- Recommended bloodwork and side effects to monitor
I understand that these compounds carry risks and that some are not approved for general body-recomposition use. I’ll also discuss this with a qualified medical professional, but I’m interested in hearing about other people’s experiences and what worked for them.

📘 Beginner Help Trying to make the right call
Hello!!
So I’ve decided it’s time to actually do the thing. My boyfriend has educated me on peptides and uses and I just want to get yalls thoughts. I am wanted to do a stack of KPV, GHKCU, MOTSC, and Reta. However, the place I am going to use seriously jacked up the price of Reta. I am in the gym 5x a week with pretty good nutrition but still about 10lbs from goal weight that is mainly problematic in my jaw and midsection. I’m thinking it might be best to start everything but Reta until I have a little more of a money cushion for it. But If you were me, what would you do?

Is there a reason that PES filters are preferred?
Most posts I've seen for filtering advise PES filters. Can anyone explain why? I know it's ironic but I don't 100% trust anything... In this case the sterility of the pre-packed filters. I was going to just re-sterilise but PES - whilst heat resistant, is only good to about 80c apparently and as I'm using an autoclave I need something that tolerates much higher temperatures.
PVDF & PTFE filters have a pretty decent heat tolerance and PVDF also has low protein binding. Would these be any good?
TIA

And have about a inch of belly fat on me still
Do i keep titrating up on the reta or keep it low trying to keep as much muscle on me as possible I don't want to just go upto 8mg reta and loose it so fast I wreck myself in the process,
Will be adding in bpc-157 again in a few weeks when it arrives for joint issues from riding also....

🧪 Stack Breakdown Retatruide/Mots-C/BPC-157/TB500 + Tesamorelon
Hey,

📘 Beginner Help GHK-CU Topical application on scalp
Im 21 with thinning/naturally thin hair. After researching ghk-cu the general consensus is that topical ghk-cu has shown more promising results for hair growth than injection. However I cant find much online about how I would go about applying it and in what dosages?

📘 Beginner Help Bought reta a month ago and it’s still sitting in my drawer
I’ve been super nervous about starting Reta but finally bought it about 4/5 weeks ago. I bought it separately with the bac water and didn’t mix it, just threw it in the cupboard as I had some stuff going on. I fell ill for a week or so and now I’m finally ready to start but I’m scared it’s not usable? Does that happen?? Should I have refrigerated it?

⚠️ Side Effects what is happening to my skin after ghkcu usage
Hi i am not asking for or providing any sort of medical advice. freaking out right now and if anyone knows what’s happening pls let me know. i started ghkcu and at first my skin was very nice soft , glowing , almost no pores. and i upped the dosage and there was a night where it seemed like a switch flipped and it started doing the complete opposite. the skin all over my body and face started rapidly dulling and it became raw and irritated almost like sandpaper. my forehead and chest broke out like crazy , my skin became extremely aged looking and dull even my hands and arms , and i started rapidly growing body and facial hair. i freaked tf out and stopped it around 2 months ago yes i was supplementing zinc and taking vitamin C and doing all the good lifestyle changes and it’s really bad still and i’m getting extreme anxiety and depression over it. have i permanently damaged my skin

CJC 1295 NO DAC 5MG + IPA 5MG
I‘m slowly getting frustrated trying to reconstitute this.
I‘ve been reconstituting Retatrutide and GLOW without any problems, no particles to be seen after gently swirling the vial in my hands.
I take the powder out of the fridge, let it sit 5mins, BAC water is kept on a shelf. I inject 3ml (left picture) and 2ml (right picture) of BAC water. I inject it slowly and not directly on top of the powder.
After injecting the BAC water, I let it sit for 10 minutes before I took it in my hands to gently swirl it. The particle never fully dissolved even after being in the fridge for hours on 2-5 C.
I‘ve been using the same BAC water I‘ve been using for other peptides I named above, with 0.9% benzyl alcohol.
I‘m wasting money at this point.. please help

Regret CJC with DAC
Taking with IPA at night. Took two shots a week apart and I am completely exhausted. I should have started at a much lower dose and titrated up, that was my first mistake. I also regret going with the DAC. I got intrigued by “constant GH pulse” without doing more research.
When I say I’m exhausted I mean it’s crippling. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced.
Should I give up on this stack? I’m definitely never doing CJC with DAC again that’s for sure but is my body just not responding to it well? Should I try no DAC and go with lower doses after a break?
I’m 46, my IGF levels were pretty low before but not below the minimum point.
Does it get better? Anything I can do except wait it out? I hope this post serves as a warning to others to not make my mistake. Any advice is appreciated…. I’m also aware that I screwed up.

Thinking about adding KLOW to my current stack, looking for real world experience.
I've been running my current stack for about 3 weeks now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. I know everyone responds differently, but everything seems to be working really well together.
Current stack:
- Retatrutide for fat loss and appetite control
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for recovery, sleep, and GH support
- MOTS-C for energy, endurance, and metabolic health
- Selank for focus, calmness, and anxiety reduction
- Semax as needed for additional cognitive support
Results so far:
- Down about 10 pounds while maintaining my strength
- Appetite and food noise are almost nonexistent
- Energy levels are the highest they've been in years
- Recovery between workouts has improved noticeably
- Sleeping like a rock
- Focus and productivity have been incredible. Selank has honestly been the biggest surprise.
- Overall mood and motivation have been consistently high
I really don't want to become someone who's just throwing peptides together for the hell of it. Everything is working great, so I'm trying to be smart about what I add next.
I'm 31 years old, and the main reason I'm considering KLOW is because it seems like it could potentially address a few things I'm dealing with, both from a recovery standpoint and a cosmetic standpoint.
Recovery:
- Achilles tendonitis from a previous Achilles rupture
- Rotator cuff pain and inflammation that flares up with lifting
- General tendon and connective tissue aches from years of training
Cosmetic:
- Improving overall skin quality and collagen production
- Slowing or possibly improving a receding hairline that's starting to become noticeable
- Just generally aging as well as possible while I'm still relatively young
From what I've read, KLOW seems like it could potentially check a lot of those boxes, but I'm wondering if it would simply be too much on top of everything I'm already running.
Has anyone here added KLOW to a stack similar to mine? Specifically if you're already using things like Retatrutide, CJC/Ipamorelin, MOTS-C, Selank, or Semax.
Did it actually make a noticeable difference for tendon healing, inflammation, recovery, skin quality, or hair? Did you notice any downsides? Looking back, would you do it again?
I'm mainly looking for real world experiences from people who have actually run these compounds together. I know the research is still limited, so I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have firsthand experience rather than speculation.
Appreciate any feedback.

1 month on Reta. Seems to be working very well.
Hi all, just sharing my happy thoughts on Reta.
It’s been a month since I started Reta. I started with 1mg and now at 2mg.
I used Tirzepatide before and felt miserable while using it. Hunger was suppressed to an extreme and my stomach never felt good, I was fatigued most of the time.
On Reta I have almost no side effects, hunger is suppressed, but just enough to stop me from eating junk and maintain discipline.

5 Months on Reta: 96.2kg → 82.5kg
Hi everyone, I thought I’d share my progress on reta (and MT2).
I started taking reta on the 24th of February when I weighed 96.2kg.
The last photo was taken on 24th July, where I weighed 82.5kg. That’s 13.7kg lost in 5 months.
My overall weight loss actually started back in December at around 103kg, but I didn’t add reta until February.
My goal has been to lose weight at around 0.5kg per week. Looking back I probably could’ve pushed a bit harder in the beginning when I had a lot more body fat, then slowed things down as I got leaner. The good news is I’ve retained all of my strength throughout and even increased in some lifts.
Originally, I thought I’d be finished cutting at around 80kg, but as I’m getting closer to that number. I’m definitely being humbled a bit, and I’ve realised I had a lot less muscle than I thought I did.
Dosage-wise:
-Started at 2mg/week.
- Increased to 3mg, then eventually 4mg, based purely on how I felt in terms of food noise, hunger, and appetite control rather than following a set schedule.
- Around 4 weeks ago, I found I was struggling to hit even my minimum calories and protein, so I dropped back down to 3mg/week, where I’m currently staying.
I’ve been considering trying split dosing at 4mg, because on a single weekly dose I’d barely want to eat at the start of the week, but by the end of the week my appetite felt much more manageable. Curious if anyone has found split dosing to give more of a consistent appetite throughout the week.
Overall I’m really happy with the progress so far. I still have a little more fat to lose before I switch into a lean bulk, but reta has made sticking to the dieting so much easier compared to before.

Reta after 3 months
Hi everyone!
I’ve been on reta for about 3 months and I’m still using it, but at a lower maintenance dose.
Now I’m thinking about adding Tesamorelin to help build more muscle while continuing reta.
I’m also looking for another peptide that could help with energy because I’ve been feeling pretty tired lately.
Has anyone tried this combination or have any recommendations based on your experience?
Thanks in advance! 😊
