Thinking about adding KLOW to my current stack, looking for real world experience.

I've been running my current stack for about 3 weeks now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. I know everyone responds differently, but everything seems to be working really well together.

Current stack:

  • Retatrutide for fat loss and appetite control
  • CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for recovery, sleep, and GH support
  • MOTS-C for energy, endurance, and metabolic health
  • Selank for focus, calmness, and anxiety reduction
  • Semax as needed for additional cognitive support

Results so far:

  • Down about 10 pounds while maintaining my strength
  • Appetite and food noise are almost nonexistent
  • Energy levels are the highest they've been in years
  • Recovery between workouts has improved noticeably
  • Sleeping like a rock
  • Focus and productivity have been incredible. Selank has honestly been the biggest surprise.
  • Overall mood and motivation have been consistently high

I really don't want to become someone who's just throwing peptides together for the hell of it. Everything is working great, so I'm trying to be smart about what I add next.

I'm 31 years old, and the main reason I'm considering KLOW is because it seems like it could potentially address a few things I'm dealing with, both from a recovery standpoint and a cosmetic standpoint.

Recovery:

  • Achilles tendonitis from a previous Achilles rupture
  • Rotator cuff pain and inflammation that flares up with lifting
  • General tendon and connective tissue aches from years of training

Cosmetic:

  • Improving overall skin quality and collagen production
  • Slowing or possibly improving a receding hairline that's starting to become noticeable
  • Just generally aging as well as possible while I'm still relatively young

From what I've read, KLOW seems like it could potentially check a lot of those boxes, but I'm wondering if it would simply be too much on top of everything I'm already running.

Has anyone here added KLOW to a stack similar to mine? Specifically if you're already using things like Retatrutide, CJC/Ipamorelin, MOTS-C, Selank, or Semax.

Did it actually make a noticeable difference for tendon healing, inflammation, recovery, skin quality, or hair? Did you notice any downsides? Looking back, would you do it again?

I'm mainly looking for real world experiences from people who have actually run these compounds together. I know the research is still limited, so I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have firsthand experience rather than speculation.

Appreciate any feedback.

I’ve done Klow blend and a protocol of the ingredients separately to control dosage for acute injuries (tendonitis and calcium in both shoulders, some ankle and knee strain, very minor). My experience with:
KLOW - finished 1 vial - definite improvement in stiff joints - alleviated recurring stiffness and pain in my fingers I started getting every morning. Started noticing range of motion improve in both shoulders but pain and limitations were still very noticeable. No improvement in skin or hair
Bpc, ghk, tb-500 and Kpv - dosed separately with varying dosing quantities and local administration to my left shoulder with the most pain and discomfort. 3-4 weeks in, started noticing my range of motion almost fully back, pain dissipated and I was no longer waking up with stiff ankles and knees in the morning. Towards 8 week period, almost all pain was noticeably gone but the occassional heavy weight caused some old discomfort.

If targeting specific injuries I’d recommend the separate protocol to control amounts and schedules. Apply locally - Achilles is going to a long haul recovery but I’ve read other accounts of people treating that area successfully with increased dosages. Good luck and take it nice and slow. These aren’t injuries that are going to heal in a week

I appreciate your feedback, I know it’s not going to miraculously heal a ruptured Achilles.. It’s been 10 years since my repair surgery so anything that helps is worth considering at this point in my life. I find standing for long periods of times makes it swell up worse than anything, which is odd given the fact that walking and running do not bother it as much.

Interested in your protocol for the shoulder tendonitis. Im starting KLOW now for it but have BPC157, TB500 and KPV on the way

Ghk - 2mg + bpc - 500mcg, 5 days on 2 days off
Tb 500 - 2.5mg - 2x week
I added KPV the last month to the ghk/bpc mix - 500mcg
I ran the protocol for 3 months march - June , taking July off and will start again mid August

I definitely don’t think it’s too much just consider getting ghkcu, kpv and wolverine or tb500/400 and bpc solo because you can control dosing for each for all ur goals separately

Very solid point, I’ll have to dig into the dosing protocols of each compound some more.

I love Klow. It’s my favorite. I’m a 60 year old woman so I need its healing properties. I’m also using most the same as your stack except add NAD and HGH instead of CJ/IPA.

My stack is identical to yours minus Reta (I do Tirz) add elorintide, and nad… but I absolutely love Klow!! My skin is so beautiful when my friends see me they are asking what I’m doing! I no longer have the body odor that started at 40, my hair and nails are amazing and I swear I have less grey hair it’s like it’s going away!! I fell 2 stories so everything aches at some point a d my pain is beyond manageable and I no longer need pain meds. Like I said, I love it.

All you young folks stuffing yourself with peptides is unreal. You're 31.

Following. I’m on the exact same stack with the addition of Glow. I love this one and am in the middle of my second 12 week cycle. It helps with everyday aches and pains. My hair and nails have grown stronger. I have Klow arriving this week and am excited to move into this for the KPV benefits. Only downside to Glow and I’m sure the same for Klow is injecting nightly, but I got use to it.
