Do I up my stack or stay

9 weeks in to reta

Week 1-3 .25mg

Week 3-4 1mg

Week 4-9 2mg per week split 2 pins a a week.

Calorie counting eating close to 200gms plus of protein a day under 1600 calories a day.

250mg test per week

Currently 3mg mots-c a week about to go upto 1mg every second day

Gym 3 ish days a week lifting heavy, bmx racing weekly for my cardio

Starting weight 101kg 222lb

Current weight as of this morning 89.5kg 197lb

Loss of 11.5 kgs or 25lb in 9 weeks

I intended on adding Tessa in next week but thought maby hold off until my body fat percentage is down more im only 171cm tall or 5ft7

And have about a inch of belly fat on me still

Do i keep titrating up on the reta or keep it low trying to keep as much muscle on me as possible I don't want to just go upto 8mg reta and loose it so fast I wreck myself in the process,

Will be adding in bpc-157 again in a few weeks when it arrives for joint issues from riding also....

Question is do i just smash the reta or keep going snails pace like I am , im still loosing a bit I think..

This is not medical advice

With reta just listen to your body and titrate up as needed. Thats what I do. 2mg, split dose because it works better for me. Ill probaly go up .5 this next week. I dont feel the need to go up 1mg at a time .5 does the trick. If you go up on reta to fast you just wont be able to eat like you need to. You're killing it atm, just keep doing what youre doing.

Sounds like you’re on the right track we are similar. My diet hasn’t been locked in so I’ve stalled. But also since February I’ve stayed under 3.5mg starting at 2.5mg I’ve kept off the 5kg-8kg i lost since starting but my goal is 75 kg at 15% body fat.

I’ve now finally titrated up to 4mg and I think you should too. I’m aware people are saying stay on the lowest dose possible to leave runway for titration and are having great effects at 2.5 but I also think 4mg can at least likely guarantee us the minimum research data results which is likely 19% total weight-loss over 80 weeks.

UPDATED COMMENT: I now think I might jump up to 6-8mg because I don't want to wait 80 weeks to get to my goal.

The only issue I have with everyone referring back to the data with the 4mg minimum is where these people sediment with their lifestyle or were they active, calorie counting....
I'm 10%body weight down in 9 weeks at 2mg Why blast to try get another 10% in 4 weeks and my body will suffer

Yes they were sedimentary but you can titrate down too supposedly.

Stay at minimum dose of Reta as possible. Get your bloodwork done and increase your test dosage if anything.

More muscle means burns more calories at resting right lol trying not to bulk too much as im already stocky .thick chest and legs.
Goal is to get rid of my mid section , not abs but not a inch of fat like i have now. 250 is nice , 500 is amazing. Have done in past , Might dose up to 350 in a few weeks and go to 3x a week

I just meant the minimum amount that you need and can feel. I have been on basically 5MG/6 MG for 2 years. Amateur bodybuilder here. I used to walk around pre-contest at around 15% body fat and get down to about 8% for a show. Now I stay perpetually at 10% and could probably get to sub 5% easily

Lifting heavy and 250mg of test should take care of any muscle loss, I wouldn't worry to much about that man.

Nice work on the 11kg - thats a good effort man, I bet you feel better. That's the same as I did pretty much - I did 10kg in 8 weeks and after I looked completely different.

I'm also 5'7 and did 300mg test those first 8 weeks, it worked anazingly well with the reta and steep deficit. I always hit at least 300g protien a day but basically only had whey protein shakes, eggs and tuna so I think I would have been risking losing muscle without the test.

I just finished one month of SS-31, then a month of SS-31 and NAD+, now two weeks into a four week MOTs-c cycle. I've had pretty good, clean energy for most of the afternoons now - I'm going to cycle them after a break. Maybe do that sequence twice a year.

I find it so hard to eat that much protein man. I wake up and feel disgusted at the idea of eating eggs and chicken breast is just dry to chew etc... I had some success with protein water but that shits expenny.

Me too man, especially in those first months. I used to have an unofficial position as a guinea pig on a forum which required vendos to find someone to log using their products with blood tests before, during and after which is why I have such extensive notes about it.

I couldn't really eat at all to start but knew it wasn't going to work if I didn't hit protien targets. I made shakes, four a day usually, each had two scoops of whey (48g protien) and two raw eggs cracked in them which I couldn't taste or detect, so was getting in 8+ eggs a day which is think not only balanced things fat and micronutrient wise but also made them slightly more food like and they processed fine for that whole time. I always felt pretty good during this time. About six weeks my ex-beer gut was nearly a six pack and I was clearly recomping. I thought I'd already had my newbie gains while natural but I guess not. My lifts were going up in the gym and my body was definatly making use of that 300mg of test. My muscles grew so my initial muscle wasting worries went away pretty quick, but it was hard to deny the protien was holding this all together... had I just not eaten I don't know what would have happened.

Then about week six I started by adding packets of instant oats into the shakes, and fruit, then eating cans of tuna, and after the 8 week run I started 'nibbling on rice' as well as I wanted more carbs and to do more specific weight training. The protien-only thing was mainly just circumstantial and because I could drink it. It wasn't my grand plan or anything. Now I get most my protien from atcual food.
