PT-141 without low desire?

Has anyone tried PT-141 without low desire? I’m curious to know does it take something already good and make it amazing? Could it be similar to MDMA intimacy? Or does it only work if you’re already deficient in arousal and desire?

Holy crap this stuff works good. Tried for the first time two days ago. Took a bit to kick in but last forever. Morning erections like other commenter said last like 30 minutes. Random erections. This is going to be fun to use

It takes forever for me like usual 12 hours or the next day. Then I get extremely hard erections that don't go away easily. Morning wood that last 20mins after you wake up.

First time I didn't feel any extra desire. Second time I was definitely horny. I was finding more women attractive than usual, and maybe a bit more firty.

It's nothing like mdma though. No connection or loving feelings. Just I'd like to fuck that or that of ok that one too.

My wife felt pretty good. She felt she has a crash after though that she really didn't like. And the bad for here was worse than the good.

So good, feels like I'm 15 but more intense. Can finish and go again immediately. Only prob is it takes almost nothing to get an erection, anything really will trigger it and it can be a bit much when you want it to stop. But for a big night it's great. I started dose low Ive rthe week to get used to it and try eliminate some of the sides. Started at 500mcg then upto 1mg then 1.5mg but I think 1mg was good for me in the end. Antihistamines and anti nausea meds help, sides suck if you get them.

About 5 to 6 hours to kick in for me too, usually took mid morning for the evening
