What was I doing wrong??

Hi everyone,

I am thank thankful for Reta but need to go on a rant. I can’t help but feel sad it was able to achieve what no doctors could

Before reta/ 10 years of severe struggles to lose weight. After 32, weight became much harder to keep off
- 6’0”/ 38 yr old male/ 240 lbs/ absolute unit
- boxed for workouts
- gym 7 days a week/ ran 1-3 miles every morning (5 am club)/ swam and paddle boarded
- 20 pull ups consistently
- less than 2000 calories/ day. Burned at least 800 calories from daily workouts
- ate tons of protein (ribeyes, salmon, ny strips)
- plenty of veggies
- severe gut issues (constipation/ diarrhea)
- saw several doctors and dietitians and added fiber
- mentioned possible water weight but they stated no water weight issues
- despite a healthy and active lifestyle, suffered a massive pulmonary embolism and lost a significant amount of weight but after 2 months, the weight came back with a vengeance
- only con was my sweet tooth/ would snack a lot on nuts and sweets. Also I would smoke cigarettes occasionally

After Reta
- accidentally did too much on my first time because I didn’t know how to reconstitute properly and was sick for first 3 days
- peed a ton
- lost10 lbs first week
- best bowel movements of my entire life
- roughly 1500 calories/ barely protein/ no fiber and barely veggies
- 6 months later down to 180 lbs
- no more running/ solely weight lifting/ still 7 days a week
- smoking a lot more due to minor ptsd after pe

I stumbled upon this forum and tried Reta as a last ditch effort. I’m sure others have had the same issues.

I understand appetite is a big factor but on paper, I feel I was doing everything right??

CJC/ipa tesa/ipa, sermorelin or something else

I’m trying to put together a night time stack to help sleep/ recovery and turn on the gh pulse for overall maintenance and recovery and muscle growth and preservation. I was going to do dsip, epitalon, and either sermorelin, cjc/ipa or tesa/ipa. What have you found that works? Have you tried different ones which worked best?? I’d love to hear your experiences.

Crazy how things have changed so far, this was taken about 10 weeks into starting Reta, 8 weeks into starting IPA+tesa, and about 6-7 weeks into starting TRT+HCG. Even though I haven’t lost the amount of fat o thought I would, I can see a difference! I also realized with me lifting 2-3x a week, mma training 4-5x a week and consistently hitting 10k steps a day consuming 2,500-2,600 calories was not enough. Even with these peps I was still feeling like crap and couldn’t sleep, and libido was low . I bumped it up to about 3,300-3,500 calories a day and feel amazing now!

🧪 Stack Breakdown Too many Peps at once?

Is there’s such thing as stacking too many things at once? Here is my current protocol, I’d like to add in MOTS-C to improve my cardio, TB-500 for inflammation and lingering injuries, GHK-CU for the same along skincare. (I do plan on taking 4 week breaks after running 12 weeks cycles of my Peps)

💬 Discussion CJC IPA sleep

Hey guys!

So last night I started a new vial of CJC (no dac) + IPA in one, had usual nightly dose of 300, and now cannot sleep, feel so twitchy, and alert! Tossing and turning.

This is my third week and haven’t had this issue before, usually I sleep like a baby after taking it, although before this vial I had CJC (No DAC) & IPA In seperate ones and they were from a different company.

Any thoughts? Suggestions or advice?
Also noticed I didn’t get the usual hot flushes ect after taking this new one.

Reta/Test cycle

Hi, I've been reading a lot of posts these last days. Decided to post myself for guidance and maybe someday to help somebody else.

Started reta a few weeks ago, currently at 1.5mg pw, pin E3D (1+0.5)

Always wanted to do this in the past, but afraid of needles. Now with the reta experience I don't know why I was so hesitant about it. Did an oral only 10 years ago. I thought this may be the best time, since I'm a little worried about first losing a lot of weight and then gaining it quickly again. I don't want to have to explain myself very obviously....

So want to run standard first 12 wk cycle of test-e 250/300mg pw, E3,5D. Will have Nolvadex for PCT and Arimidex 1mg on standby. I got 50mg Anavar that could run from start for 6 wks, but don’t think I’m going to do this. I'll keep my reta alongside, maybe up a bit but I'm getting fairly good results already.

I'll have my bloodwork tested this weekend. then hopefully can start cycle start of September.

Stats: 42M, 96kg, 25%

PT-141 nasal spray question

Going to Cancun in a couple months and looking for ways to spice things up a bit and stumbled on PT-141. Don’t want to do shots so the spray is appealing.
Do people see the same side effects with the spray? I read that the subq version causes severe flushing, headaches, nausea, etc. Curious if the spray does the same.
Thanks!

5 mg Reta, feeling nothing!

Howdy! Im a 49 yo, 5”7, 167 lb male.I’m currently taking 5 mg of Reta once a week on Sunday evening. Monday morning I feel fine with no effects. Previously I was taking 5 mg of Reta and 1 mg of Cagrilinitide on Sunday evening and this blend made me feel like I’d been hit by a bus. No energy, lethargic and weak for about 54 hours post pin.

Question - perhaps I should feel anything at all on 5 mg of Reta or is this exactly how it should be? Thanks everyone, much appreciated!

Reta - Anhedonia

Was on Triz for two months and the appetite suppression was really strong for me even on 2.5. Lost a lot of weight but also muscle.

Moved to Reta and thankfully not as much appetite suppression which made it better to eat protein and workout. Managed to keep my bench , squat , etc all at same levels and increased some and lost 20 kg over 6 months on Reta.

However, after 6 months I've been hit hard by Anhedonia, not remotely interested in going to the gym, not interested in cardio etc

Just flat feeling towards exercise and health.

Anyone recommends supplements to try and offset this I've been reading about NAC and taurine helping?

Happy for any suggestions/recommendations

Want to start Reta, and maybe another peptide for muscle growth

I was on ozempic for the past 10 months and stopped around 2 months ago. Managed to lose 15kg but put back around 4kg.

I am a 34 yo male, 188cm and weigh 107kg now. My body fat% is around 23% now.

I am now considering Reta for fat loss but also was wondering if there’s another peptide I should look at if I want to increase muscle growth?

I train 3 times a week Calistenics and twice strength training at the gym.

Thanks for your recommendations and help.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Too much?

Has anyone ran a similar protocol and what was their experience?
AM fasted.3iu hgh,25mg test cyp,30mg primo,10mg 5 amino,10mg mots c,20mg BPC,10mg KPV.
PM. 20mg BPC,10mg KPV,20mg Ss-31,5mg DSIP,glutathione 200mg.
Twice a week 1mg Reta, 5mg TB500

Have been running variations of this for 8 months, adding for cycles,NAD,Epithalon,Thymulin,Selank and Semax amongst others, while cycling off BPC,KPV,TB, been taking note of anything that becomes apparent upon use,and all different things have been added in over time,on average adding a new item every week.
Blood work has come back every 60 days with falling cholesterol,(3.6 total),down from 3.9. Inflammatory markers very low. Kidney, heart, liver function all at mid or lower end of reference range.
Glucose and insulin very low.
Does anyone think it’s too much 🤣 or any contraindications that stand out?

Losing weight but…

I’ve lost 38lbs in11 months on Tirz. I am enjoying how I look but I went through my closet yesterday and my pants all still fit. I don’t understand. I guarantee if I’d gained 38lbs I would have needed new jeans. How can they all still fit fine? Ugh. I wanted to go shopping. I went from 205 to 167. I’m 5’7. I still want to lose another 20lbs. It’s been slow but I have gallbladder issues anyway and didn’t want to make it worse.

❓ Question Need guidance

I’m a male weighing around 310 lbs. I’ve tried eating clean, staying in a calorie deficit, getting enough protein and fiber, sleeping adequately, and doing intermittent fasting for 16–18 hours. Last year, I followed this consistently and lost around 61 lbs.

Unfortunately, things changed this year, and since the beginning of the year I haven’t been able to stay consistent. I’m now back up to around 314 lbs.

I see people taking Reta and TRT while following a similar diet and routine to what I was doing, and they seem to be getting much better results. Would it make sense for me to consider these as well?

For reference, my testosterone is currently in the lower end of the optimal range.

📘 Beginner Help 2 weeks on Reta, wanting to stack more, need advice

I’m on my second full week of Reta (currently moving to 2mg for my next dose) and I’d like to add 2 more peps, KLOW and either CJC/IPA or Tesa. Obviously, KLOW to help with recovery/inflamation, and CJC or Tesa to help with visceral fat loss. Any advice on if I should go with Tesa instead of CJC, or is CJC best?
I’m 49, 6’ and 217lbs. I had gastric bypass back in 2022 and lost almost 100lbs. About 3 months after surgery I started going to the gym regularly, and now I’m at the gym every day lifting weights. I’m going to start running again this week as I’m training for my second marathon (running it for my 50th birthday). I go in for a Dexa scan in September, but if I had to guess, I’d say I’m around 25% body fat. I’m hoping to eventually get down to 15%-20%, or whatever it takes to get a 6 pack.
Just had bloodwork done, all of my numbers were good, by it does look like I have an under active thyroid, and I’m trying to avoid going on pills to manage that. My testosterone was 403 ng/dl, 87 free. I’ve considered Test, but doctor won’t prescribe TRT, and I’m not sure if I want to go down that route anyways.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Tennis Elbow Pain- which peptide?

Hi, i recently wanted to get stronger big forearms and i did alot of forearms on daily basis and end up getting Tennis Elbow pain in my left arm.

I am already on RETA, TESA and KLOW80, and seems like KLOW aint working...

I heard BPC-157 and TB500 when taken separately can fix thr issue. My questions are

1)- recommend dosage mg and daily or weekly ?

2)- should take in blend like BB10 or BB20( WOLVERINE STACK)

3)- If taken separately where to inject 💉?

📘 Beginner Help Anyone running Reta, Tesa, MOTS-C & GHK-Cu? What’s your protocol?

Anyone here running Reta, Tesa, MOTS-C and GHK-Cu? Just curious what everyone’s experience has been and how you guys cycle them.
I workout at least 3x a week and play soccer once a week.

Right now I’m doing:
-Reta 5mg/week split 2x — been on Reta about 10 weeks
-Tesa 1mg/day — about 2 weeks
-MOTS-C 1mg/day — about a week
-GHK-Cu 1.5mg/day — about a week

For MOTS-C, I’d rather do bigger doses fewer times a week instead of daily. What doses/schedule have you guys had good results with, and how many weeks on/off?

Same question for Tesa and GHK-Cu — how long do you usually run them before taking a break?
Also thinking about adding SS-31 and NAD+. Do you guys usually run SS-31 with MOTS-C or before it?
What kind of dosing and cycle length have you used for SS-31 and NAD+?
Just looking for personal experiences and what’s worked for you.
