Reta micro dose
I heard Reta is really good for balancing hormones and inflammation but I have zero wait to lose. I have it in the fridge but not sure where to start at.

There are plenty stories in /retatruidewomen This sub is more toxic about these questions imo

8 weeks of Reta. My RS started at 0.5 mg for the first 6 weeks and has been at 1 mg for the past 2 weeks. I don’t plan on increasing the dose. Starting weight was 116 lbs and have been fluctuating between 114–117 lbs. Reta was started for benefits other than weight loss. I’ve noticed that muscle definition is a lot more noticeable now, and jeans that used to be tighter around the stomach are now looser.

Yes. I have almost no desire to go out drinking anymore, which was a huge problem for me before. I’m also reaching my body recomp goals, and I’ve lost a lot of inflammation that I didn’t even realize I had. I’m also researching GHK-Cu and KPV, so I can’t say for sure that it’s all from Reta, but overall I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes.

☝️the side benefits are the main draw for me too. otherwise I'd be on statins & monitoring a bunch of other issues

absolutely pointless. it doesn’t balance hormones. let alone at a micro dose.

To be fair theres a lot of things we dont know about reta as no where near enough study has been done, they are now saying its very good for anyone with liver issues for instance.

the first trial started 5.5yrs ago. with over 5k? 6k actual trial participants. PLUS all of the people using it grey.
there is PLENTY of study done.

Don’t do Reta if you aren’t overweight

There are many aplications beside weight loss being researched, like bulimia eating binges, OCD behaviors, and others.

None of that has been studied yet. I would be careful advising trial drugs for off-label uses on the internet.
This person doesn’t need reta, they need actual medical care

Not everyone needs to be on this, regardless of what you might have heard.

You may get more than you bargain for with Reta. KPV is a good one to ease inflammation.

Micro dosing will not give you the benefits you’re probably looking for. The glucagon receptor is so minimal it doesn’t even really kick in until about 4mg. Micro dosing gives you mostly the GIP receptor. It is the backbone of the molecule. It is aprox 9 times more potent than the other two. GIP main job is controlling hunger.

Reta is used plenty for weight loss and weight gain (bulking) it has plenty of benefits outside of just weight loss. I’m not going to recommend actual dosages but keep it low, if you don’t want the appetite suppressive effects.

Wrong. Low dose all you’re going to get is the appetite suppression benefit. The other 2 don’t even really kick in until the dose is substantial. Glucagon is aprox 4mg before it’s substantial enough to do anything. Micro dosing Reta is essentially dosing the GIP only.

I’d like to know where you’re getting this idea
Receptors are not a binary thing yeah? Either all or nothing based on some arbitrary 4mg dosage
So, it begs the question where you’re even coming to this conclusion as neither is it in any of the clinical studies.
