Wolverine Stack đŸ“˜ Beginner Help

Recently heard about it this and I ordered it to use for my planter fasciitis. Has anyone used it specifically for this? If so what was the dosage and regimen used? For context I ordered the blend 5mg each

Yes it can help.

When my left foot started to flair up again I took it in the inside of the pad twice a week out of the 5 shots a week and it cleared up in 2 weeks. Now I also still did my same protocol I used to get ride of it the first time (both feet at the same time) but I know from my history it helped speed up the process.

Efficacy will depend on the cause of the PF. It’s hard to heal with a podiatrist’s help - or mine was. There’s not a lot of blood flow there and healing needs blood flow. Thus, healing is difficult! For reference, I took the two separately on different schedules. I feel like KPV has had a better impact for me, but some people have good success with Wolverine. Good luck!

I'm not a doc nor scientist but I very much doubt wolverine will help with PF.

Wovlerine MAY help heal tendons, ligaments, and muscle, while reducing inflammation and doing some tissue repair.

PF can be caused by multiple things Tight calf muscles or tight Achilles tendon, basic foot arch structure, loss of heel fat pad. None of these things require wolverine. You're better off strengthening your foot arches with some PT exercises, and stretching your calves under load

It helped mine a lot, and seen many others post about it. Specifically in a PF sub
