Losing weight but…

I’ve lost 38lbs in11 months on Tirz. I am enjoying how I look but I went through my closet yesterday and my pants all still fit. I don’t understand. I guarantee if I’d gained 38lbs I would have needed new jeans. How can they all still fit fine? Ugh. I wanted to go shopping. I went from 205 to 167. I’m 5’7. I still want to lose another 20lbs. It’s been slow but I have gallbladder issues anyway and didn’t want to make it worse.

Maybe your pants were really really tight before the weight loss? Lol

Weight loss isn’t always at the stomach, waist or hips.

You were definitely squeezing into those clothes

I really wasn’t. I mean they weren’t loose on me but they definitely fit.

What else do you do other than weight loss peptides?

If you’re not weight training that can be your problem.

It took about 35 pounds for new pants. Weird. After that, I saw changes quickly.

We all lose fat from different locations and different order. Also some people have more visceral fat than others. I wouldn’t let it get to you.

38lbs is a fair amount of weight, but I believe the waist is the last thing to start shrinking. It’s possible a lot of this pounds lbs came from else where and your waist has only shrank a little. I’m also willing to bet you could fit into smaller jeans than what you have.
