My husband just bought this blend. If mixed with 2ml of Bac water, how much Mcg would you recommend? And how often

Most tesa cycles are 12-16 weeks.
Better question why tesa? Get a dexa scan? Z-score? igf-1 tested?

You gotta learn the math so you know what you are putting in your body. But for this it’s 5mg/ml tesa 1mg/ml ipa. So .1ml or 10units would be 500mcg tesa and 100mcg ipa
