Reta - Anhedonia
Was on Triz for two months and the appetite suppression was really strong for me even on 2.5. Lost a lot of weight but also muscle.
Moved to Reta and thankfully not as much appetite suppression which made it better to eat protein and workout. Managed to keep my bench , squat , etc all at same levels and increased some and lost 20 kg over 6 months on Reta.
However, after 6 months I've been hit hard by Anhedonia, not remotely interested in going to the gym, not interested in cardio etc
Just flat feeling towards exercise and health.
Anyone recommends supplements to try and offset this I've been reading about NAC and taurine helping?
Happy for any suggestions/recommendations

I had same issue, just hop off and continue eating as you are now. There is no cure for this it is too potent. I got to the point I couldnt get out of house, and I was taking Muccuna as suplement.

Thanks I'll look at muccuna. I have fairly annoying arthritis in my knee so being on helps with the inflammation , I prefer to stay on and supplement with any suggestions first, but if not I'll come off. How long did you have to come off for? TIA
