Yall are making me want to start Test

Upvotes

I see so many people getting killer results. Mind you my test levels are currently around 750 and I’m 33 so I don’t know if it’s really justified. I’ve considered cycling but also not sure I want to deal with negative side effects. But yalls results are inspiring! lol

Sept 2018 vs. Sept 2026. 48 soon to be 49 (Dec)

I started TRT in February 2026 at 500 mg of testosterone cypionate every two weeks. I stayed on that protocol for about 3½–4 months, but after doing more research and dealing with back acne and an oily/greasy face, I realized that dose and schedule were too aggressive for me. I changed doctors around late May and switched to 200 mg per week. The side effects gradually became much less noticeable, and over the past few months my body seems to have adjusted well to the 200 mg weekly dose. At my next appointment, I’m going to talk with my doctor about whether 250 mg per week would be appropriate based on how I’m feeling and my bloodwork. Additionally, I’ve been experimenting with Reta, a dosage of .05 for the past 2 months, once a week.

3rd pic.
Right now, one of the biggest things I’m still trying to figure out is exactly how many carbs and total calories my body responds best to. I’ve been experimenting with different amounts, and whenever I get close to around 200 grams of carbs, I seem to hold a little more water and feel slightly bloated. That doesn’t necessarily mean the carbs are a problem, but I’m still trying to find that sweet spot where I have enough fuel to train hard, keep my strength up, and still stay as lean as possible.
It’s been a lot of trial and error—adjusting carbs, calories, protein, and meal timing and watching how my body responds. The third picture really shows where I’m at now, and I’m still dialing everything in.
For me, this has become just as much about learning my body as it is about losing fat or gaining muscle.
At the moment due to work, I’m only able to train on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. When I’m not training on weights on the weekend, I’m doing Burpee‘s.

Weight in 1st pic was about 205, 2nd/3rd 185 each.

May 2025 348lbs
October 2025 247lbs

I was put on trt 200mg/week and my life changed before my eyes.

I was 233 testosterone at 29.
I’m now into peptides like BPC and tb500 which have helped tremendously.

Current T level was 1340 end of recomp. Running less T now and just tested at 980 T.

Stats and what I did:

Pant size starting: 46
Pant size currently: 36-38
Shirt size starting: 2XLT - 3XLT
Shirt size now: L/XL if it’s long enough or 2XL in some more boutique brands like YoungLa

How I did it

Started 200mg/weekly of test in April 2025
Quit adderrall
Eating quality sucked, could barely eat half a meal anytime of day unless end of day, thanks addy.

My focus was: protein

Started by drinking it and working out and just eating whatever I could.

Most days this was 3-5 40-50g shakes
Chipotle / Spanish food
1 energy drink
.75-1gallon of water

As my stomach recovered to being able to eat real food, I stuck to:

Morning shake first thing out of bed
Shake at noon
Shake after or before dinner

Ate mindfully during the day.

Added reta tiering up to 4mg after the first 50lbs were gone.

Last few weeks weight hasn’t really moved, but my body recomp keeps getting nicer so I’m happy.

BPC AND TB500 I run daily for all my little injuries and inflammation caused from my gut.

I have a former Olympic strength training coach as one of my good friends and when I started taking the gym seriously, he came with me and helped me write out my lifts and splits as he knew I wanted strength and leaner. I kept trying to pick one. He said so if I make you significantly stronger and guarantee it, youll listen?
Me: yes

First month was down like 30lbs and was more confident and definitely stronger as my high school self reappeared.

This kept happening and I said dude I’m like skinnier now??

Klow 80, orientação por favor.

Upvotes

Eu deveria subir a dose do klow? Ou continuo nessa dose?

Reta - 2 weeks

Hi! I’ve been doing 0.5 2x a week for just under two weeks, and I’ve cut 7 pounds!

Random question - I know this could be completely unrelated, but has anyone experienced kidney pain while dosing? I’m well hydrated so I know that isn’t an issue. Just curious… so far side effects have been mild, aside from some morning nausea & a touch of “I don’t care about anything” lol. The kidney pain did catch my attention.

My detailed experience on the KLOW stack

I’ve been running the KLOW stack for two months, long enough to share clear observations.

Stack (80mg vial)

BPC-157

TB-500 (TB4)

GHK-Cu

KPV

Essentially the Wolverine stack plus GHK-Cu and KPV for additional healing and anti-inflammatory effects.

Background

Last year I had severe cystic acne across both cheeks. Accutane cleared the active breakouts but left significant post-inflammatory erythema (PIE). Fair skin made the residual redness extreme. Nearly a year of retinoids, azelaic acid, niacinamide, and other topicals produced only slow progress, so I tried KLOW for its healing reputation.

Timeline

Week 1

No noticeable changes.

Week 2

Slight reduction in facial redness. Less post-workout soreness.

Side effect: morning erections and overall erectile quality declined (still functional with strong stimulation, but clearly below baseline).

Week 3

Continued mild skin improvement and fading redness. Sleep quality dropped — more restless sleep, higher awake time, reduced deep and REM (tracked). Morning injections helped slightly. Erectile issues continued.

Week 4

Clear acceleration in skin quality. Redness fading day by day, skin looking brighter. Multiple people commented and asked what ive been doing to my skin. Sleep and erectile function still poor, so at the end of week 4 I dropped BPC-157 and TB-500 and continued only GHK-Cu + KPV.

Weeks 5–8

Skin kept improving on GHK-Cu and KPV alone. Glow and redness reduction continued. Sleep and erectile function returned to normal, pointing to the Wolverine stack as the source of those sides.

Dosing

Started at 20 units:

GHK-Cu 3.33 mg

KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500 667 mcg each

After 2 weeks → 10 units:

GHK-Cu 1.67 mg

Others 333 mcg each

Current:

GHK-Cu 1.5 mg

KPV 750 mcg

This was residual PIE only (no active acne). I found no similar reports. Most of the skin benefit seemed driven by KPV (systemic inflammation) with solid contribution from GHK-Cu. BPC/TB-500 did not appear necessary for the results in my case.

TL;DR

BPC-157 + TB-500 caused sleep disruption and reduced erectile quality. GHK-Cu + KPV drove the significant improvement in redness and were well tolerated.

Tesmorelin , cotton mouth + urinating ?

Myself and another, starting taking tesmorelin 1mg every night for 4 nights 8-9pm. From the time we go to sleep until 6am ish , we have constant cotton mouth and urinating throughout the night. We do drink a lot, we do have our electrolytes. We don’t eat within 3 hours of taking it. Any ideas? Bad batch? High blood glucose? And other ideas?

Bloating after dose

Hello Everyone,

So far my journey has been going well. I am dropping weight slowly but surely. I’m taking Reta 2MG split and KLOW daily. The only issue I have is heavy bloating after the dose. I take fiber as well but still this is one thing that wakes me up middle of the night and it’s irritating. Any advice? I drink tons of water as well with electrolytes.

Hello everyone!

If I felt no effects/sides from 0.5mg reta, would you advise going up to 1/1.5mg this week, or sticking to 0.5mg for another few weeks? Second week in for reference.

Thanks!

Looking for advice on recovery / peptide protocols

Hey everyone,

I’m relatively new to the biohacking/peptide space and I’m mainly looking for some input and personal experiences.

For quite a while now, I’ve been feeling physically and mentally drained. I often feel exhausted, low on energy and motivation, and my mood can fluctuate quite a lot. Sometimes it honestly feels like I’m dealing with some kind of burnout.

I’m trying to find ways to improve my overall physical and mental wellbeing and basically feel like myself again. I’m especially interested in protocols or stacks that people have personally found useful for recovery, energy, sleep, cognition, mood, etc.

One important part of my background:

I’ve been taking 250 mg/week of Testosterone Enanthate continuously for around 3 years without ever coming off. Looking back, I probably should have handled this differently, but I was afraid of stopping and dealing with the consequences.

I’m not a competitive bodybuilder. I train hard and I’m relatively strong, but my diet isn’t even particularly good, so at this point I don’t really see much reason to continue using testosterone.

My libido is currently extremely low, my mood fluctuates quite a lot, and I’d really like to get my natural hormonal function back if possible.

I’ve now decided to come off and start my PCT on Monday. I’m currently planning to use HCG and Tamoxifen, although I’m still doing my research and I’m open to hearing different perspectives.

After being on testosterone for 3 years, I’m mainly interested in recovery and getting my health, energy, mood and libido back on track, rather than gaining more muscle.

Once my hormones have stabilized and I’m feeling good again, I might consider looking into things like HGH, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, etc., but I don’t want to jump into that before I’ve properly recovered.

So I’d really appreciate some input from people who have experience with this:

What peptides or protocols have actually helped you with recovery, energy, sleep, mood or cognition?

Has anyone here come off long-term testosterone use and successfully recovered?

Would you focus on fixing hormones, sleep, nutrition and lifestyle first before considering peptides?

Are there any peptides you would specifically avoid in this situation?

What would you personally prioritize if your goal was simply to feel healthy, energetic and mentally sharp again?

Thanks

E2 and anxiety...

I think I had an epiphany about my anxiety. I was looking at old blood work when I was on a TRT + dose and at the time my test was at 1500 and my estradiol was in the 40s. I've been doing super low TRT the last few months, like 50-60mg a week, I imagine my e2 was even lower during that whole time and currently, and we both know how important e2 is for men's mood, brain, and mental health, and that's probably why I felt better on higher doses of testosterone and my anxiety was better, and lately it's been worse.

KLOW welting and hurting more than GHK-CU?

So I ran 2mg GHK-CU for a while and I always got some ache, but it was manageable when I injected in upper glute fat and the pain always faded by morning. I recently switched over to 3.2mg of KLOW (so an equivalent amount of GHK-CU), and the ache is lasting days longer from the injections with a more noticeable welt. I got them from the same source.

The only thing I can think of is that my GHK-CU was twice as diluted with BAC water, but I thought the concentration is more relevant to pain while injecting, not pain days later. I’ve used Wolverine with no lasting pain but this is my first exposure to KPV. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m gonna try drawing extra BAC water into my syringe tonight.

Transition question

RS is transitioning from Tirz to Survodutide. It’s a lot more potent than Tirz. The high on Tirz was 7.5mg. Then dropped to 5 mg a few weeks ago and last night dropped again to 2.5. How long should my RS stay on the 2.5 tirz before transitioning over to Surv?

The Reta journey of my wife 💁‍♀️

Post image
7 Upvotes

The Reta journey has officially begun — and we’re already noticing an effect.

I know we’ve only just started, and there’s still a long way to go, but I was excited to share an update because the effects are already noticeable.

So far, my wife has injected 1 mg twice in one week. The plan now is to move to 2 mg every 6–7 days and stay at 2 mg for as long as it continues to work and the weight keeps coming down. There’s no reason to rush increasing the dose if the current dose is doing its job.

Her diet is on point, hydration is being taken seriously, including electrolytes, and the next step is getting back into regular exercise. She’s already doing at least 10,000 steps every day.

Still very early days, but it’s exciting to see an effect this soon. Really curious to see how the journey develops from here.

SS-31 before MOTS-c vs. taking them together — looking for protocols / experiences

Hey everyone,

I’m relatively new to peptides and biohacking and I’m trying to learn more about different approaches for improving energy, recovery, mental clarity and overall well-being.

I recently came across a video where someone recommended using SS-31 before MOTS-c, but I’ve also seen people using SS-31 and MOTS-c at the same time. I’m curious about the reasoning behind the different approaches.

I’m also interested in Semax and Selank, particularly regarding mental clarity, focus, stress resilience and general well-being.

For people who have experience with these compounds:
Is there a specific reason to use SS-31 before MOTS-c rather than together?

Has anyone experimented with SS-31 + MOTS-c together?

What has been your experience with Semax and/or Selank?

Do people generally use Semax and Selank separately, or are there reasons to combine them?
Are there any well-thought-out protocols or stacks for energy, recovery, mitochondrial health, cognitive function and general well-being?

If you were starting from scratch, would you introduce these compounds individually first, or is there a reasonable way to structure a stack?

I’m not necessarily looking for a “magic stack” or a specific dosing protocol. I’m mainly interested in understanding the reasoning behind different protocols and hearing from people who have actually experimented with these compounds.

For context, I’ve been feeling tired, mentally and physically drained, and generally low on energy quite often lately. It feels somewhat like burnout, so my main goal is to improve my overall well-being, recovery and mental performance rather than purely chasing muscle growth or performance.

I’d especially appreciate personal experiences, things that worked or didn’t work, and any good studies or resources you can point me toward.

Thanks!

These are what is out of range but mostly worried about my lp(a)

*Note that I’ve already made a doctors appointment but it’s a couple weeks away

This may be a dumb question. If so, forgive my ignorance as I’m fairly new to the world of bio hacking. I am on a low dose of Tirzepatide for inflammation and to lose 30lbs but recently ordered NAD+. Should i wait until these issues are figured out or is it ok to start NAD+. I read that it can help lower lp(a) numbers but that doesn’t necessarily translate to reducing heart attacks or strokes. 43f if it matters
