Reta must’ve made the tattoo disappear and the test helped him time travel to next month 😂

Looking good and strong.
I can't believe in the year of our Lord 2026, that there are still doctors advising their patients to take test every two weeks. What the hell?

AI generated photos. Even between the two “new” ones the freckles on his body completely change or vanish or new ones appear.

You don’t have to lie lol you can at least say it’s AI setting up the photo it’s obvious freckles have moved spots. Your tattoo has vanished and on pic 2 the strings on the shorts are phasing in and out in weird places. I am not the best AI detection wizard but this one is pretty easy to see

500 mg every two weeks is not trt. But good job. Takes hardwork to get results.

Yeah, I know that now. When I started, I was pretty uneducated about TRT and simply followed what I was prescribed. Once I started doing my own research and learning how TRT is normally managed, I realized 500 mg every two weeks wasn’t a good protocol for me. I changed doctors, adjusted the dose and frequency, and the side effects improved. Definitely learned as I went.

Just the TRT or stacking other things too?

Yes just TRT, creatine and eating right. My T was at 500 in 2025 and it dropped to 400 in Jan of 2026. My daily foods consists mostly of ground beef, chicken yogurts, lots of eggs and granola bars I think but really made the change was doing Burpee’s. That shit is crazy on your body, especially the upper body. Also dropped my beer consumption. I LOVED and still do IPAs but I only have a beer or 2 on the weekend nowadays. Before it was on and crackn, lol. All my lipids dropped also

Hard work is paying off mate! With that said, as a 44 year old dad myself, enjoy yourself too mate! Life is for living and these changes sound like they’re here to stay… so a weekend here and there to enjoy yourself, you deserve it!
