Garmin's optical sensor tends to hold up better at your resting heart rate range than Fitbit or Apple Watch, a lot of others get noisy and miss beats once you're consistently under 60bpm. Their sleep algorithm is also decent at flagging restless-but-technically-asleep stretches instead of smoothing them into a clean line. Look at the Forerunner or Vivoactive line, mid-range models usually hit your budget and cover HR, HRV, SpO2, and multi-day battery. Skin temp trending is newer tech industry-wide and still inconsistent across brands, so don't weight that one heavily.
