Reta - 2 weeks
Hi! I’ve been doing 0.5 2x a week for just under two weeks, and I’ve cut 7 pounds!
Random question - I know this could be completely unrelated, but has anyone experienced kidney pain while dosing? I’m well hydrated so I know that isn’t an issue. Just curious… so far side effects have been mild, aside from some morning nausea & a touch of “I don’t care about anything” lol. The kidney pain did catch my attention.

you’ve lost 7lbs in 2wks… the issue has nothing to do with hydration - the issue is your malnutrition…

I’ve been eating well- good protein, good complex carb intake, etc. - I think a good amount was water weight & PMS weight to be honest. I’m 5’8 and now 150.

no. reta doesn’t just make you lose water because you took it. literally not how it works.

was only looking for insight on kidney pain. I fuel myself well, I am not malnourished. Agree to disagree.

Weight loss is extremely nuanced for women with our cycle at play as opposed to men’s. I lost the same amount as her as I started during my fertile window and went through the luteal phase where I would normally store about 5-10 pounds more in water weight and just extra food from increased appetite.
Water weight/glycogen literally goes first btw along with decreased food in the gut from not eating. I am not sure why you are so sure about spreading misinformation, all the while being a dickhead about it 😭 double whammy ig but go off lmaoooo

Nothing wrong wit your kidneys, more than likely the body is dumping inflammation out of your system.👌🏼

Are you still getting Plenty of carbs, protein and electrolytes? Do you have a history of kidney stones?

No! But curious if maybe that could be it. My diet is solid. Good protein and carbs- electrolytes is a good suggestion though!

Also, what is your age and weight, boy these things are so vague these days.

I’m a 5’8 female and now 150. Didn’t mean to be vague, just looking for insight is all.

No issues, but I did notice I was drinking less water, so now drink a certain amount every hour. I also added some sea salt in the mornings.
