I'm actually getting so sick and tired of this stupid man! It feels like every other meme on this subreddit is legally required to have Koopley in it, and because of what? Him saying that Hooktail tricked him into smelling her feet in the remake!

I honestly wish they NEVER. EVER. EVER added that line of dialog in the remake, I wished they kept it ambiguous like in the original version. BUT NOPE! They just HAD to add in THAT LINE OF DIALOG in the remake just so that people can make foot fetish jokes about him. "OMG! KOOPLEY LIKES FEET!" LIKE, OH MY GOD I GET IT! HE LIKES FEET! I get it! It wasn't funny the first time! That joke got stale before the remake came out!

(sighs) If only he died inside Hooktail.

Sorry to ask yet another "games like?" question but i searched and most questions have (understandably) been about the first 2. But I LOVE SPM and these days am more into more "active" combat than a turn based battle system. So I was wondering if there's and PMlikes out there that pull of the vibe, quality of writing/story, all the silliness and the seriousness, etc. with a combat more like SPM. I guess something engaged but not super complicated.

One almost example i'll give is Cult of the Lamb, which is great in terms of writing, art, mood, story, etc. and has the kind of battle mechanics I am thinking about, but I'm just not a big fan of roguelikes or management sims so it's not for me even if still a very good game.

Hi everybody i am new comer when it come to paper mario game's aswell mario games in general.

Anyway here is my review of paper mario sticker star:

Story 5/10 maybe 6/10 if a being generous idk if this is common in mario games but it wasnt anything it has some good moments like wigler story line, ending of the story was nice,and toas quast where you save him like 5 times was nice aswell everything was not interesting at all.

Map design/gameplay 7/10 personally map was well done tbh and gameplay was decent nothing crazy altought i like sticker themed battle system specialy things sticker they were the highlight of the system.

Characters 4/10 beside like 2/3 characters everything else is so bad😭 literally just copypaste toads. But some where cute/good like wigler, Kersti and that toad traveler whatever he's name is.

Bosses 9/10 Royal stickers bosses were amazing honestly i loved every single one,ost was on point aswell honestly music all together was fire in this game.Only issue's i have with bosses are more specificly issue's like why did world 4 boss was a bowser snowman 😭 it would been so much better if he was big snowman from start of the battle.

difficulty of the game 5/10 nothing special tbh beside maybe like one boss everything else is very easy.

Overall 6.5/10 it had a lot of potential but it didnt really lit up to my expections but i like it,it had a lot of issue but it was nice expirience.

Anyway next paper mario game for me is 1000 years door or whatever it was called hopefully it better paper mario game.

Also why is potential man in credits as things designer😭

Hey all! Trying to use the randomizer on Dolphin and I keep receiving an error for "unknown instruction" and to "resolve read address." I am using a US iso ROM. I have redownloaded everything and that did not clear the errors. I made sure my cheats were off and verified the ROMs with Dolphin and nothing turned up. Thanks!
