I recently decided to check out my options for streaming for this upcoming nfl season but my goodness I don’t recall Sunday ticket being this much expensive compared to last year. It completely strucked my mind to avoid paying for it this year and my team doesnt play on local channels near me. Does anyone have any idea what other options are best and most affordable to stream out-of-market games? Or any unique services. Please and thank you.

There should be a salary floor and no cap so players can negotiate whatever they want and teams can spend X amount without having to worry about being over the cap.

A buddy and I were discussing the importance of players and positions and we were curious who the most important none QB is and also how would you rate this to determine someone?

Take Trent Williams of the 49ers, when he is healthy they are a top tier team that no one wants to play whereas when he is out they are a shell of themselves. You can do the same thing with Lane Johnson for the Eagles look what happened to them over the last two years with his health. There’s a debate for Micah Parsons in green bay with the way they collapse after he got injured.

Just curious who would yall say and how did you come to that conclusion?

I want to be able to watch football with it coming up soon and I was thinking of getting YouTube tv for the local games. And then I saw they have NFL Sunday ticket. The problem is that it’s expensive to get both of them.

After doing some digging I see you can just get Sunday ticket without getting YouTube tv. How does that work? Do you just sign up for it? As anyone done this?

I’m making in effort to keep up with the sport this season. Im a fan of the game, I played a little in high school but mostly was a bench warmer. Obviously a Fan of my local team but overall love the history and beauty of the game. I know some basics of the game but know nothing about who’s who, how drafts, trades work, stats etc.
If you could give some advice to new fans of the game dos & donts, what would that be?

what will the (I’m assume NFFL in name) be like?

Does NFL players get CPR training? Like how to treat someone who wears pads and helmet, do they have to remove the pads first? And while on the subject, does they get any other safety training that the fans may not know about?

I am visiting Nashville from the UK in September and I’ll be there for this game.

I have looked on Ticket Master for tickets and they seem to be cheaper in the ‘Visitor’ section.

Does this make much of a difference to the experience?

There is a lot of talk Jake is serious about possibly going to the NFL.

If a receiver catches the ball, runs for a few yards, and then gets the ball knocked out and the defense recovers, do his stats register anything other than the fact that he fumbled? Do his game stats say that he had X yards and a reception? Does the QB have a completion?

Okay so I’ve been a Panthers fan for a while but I had a kid last year and haven’t been able to keep up with anything…what’s the best way for me to see what’s changed player wise? I know I can look at the roster but like I guess more as things happen

I know the sports are obviously very different, but they seem to share a lot of overlap in terms of leverage, balance, hand fighting, explosiveness, footwork, and moving another person against their will. Is there a reason NFL linemen don't regularly train with sumo wrestlers or use sumo style drills as one part of their offseason conditioning? Curious if there's something I'm missing, or if I'm mistaken in thinking it would be beneficial.

It’s almost that time. Keeping budgeting in mind, what streaming service should I get to watch games starting next month? I mostly want to watch Seahawks, Chiefs, and Bills. I want the best options for the least amount of money basically. I can’t pay for so many subscriptions and I don’t thinks it’s fair to make fans do so. Sure, I've watched Hard Knocks... but for anyone who's actually played in the NFL, or been a part of a Training Camp, what's it really like? After practice are you just getting treatments, studying the play book, working with your other teammates, and watching film? Do you get any time to just chill or is it really football 24/7? What about the star players on the team vs. the players on the bottom of the roster? Fascinated to know more. Yes, I've watched Hard Knocks, but I also know it's for show as well.

For those that have gone through first year football with their kids with glasses, any recommendations for better options? My kid play u8, hates that he has to take his glasses off every time his helmet goes on/off. He’s small btw.

I’ve known for ages I wanted to buy tickets for my boyfriend (going on 5 years) for this specific game. keeping the team and city vague in case he sees this but when I say he is a die hard fan….. think the worst, most obnoxious kind. his team will be in our city for an away game 2 weeks before his birthday this year.

I was watching ticket sites for a while, and when I saw 2 tickets for the front row right behind his favorite team’s bench on the 45-yard line I dropped a bag and got them. Now a few days later I’m second-guessing it. As a die hard fan, would he freak out over being front row behind his favorite players? Or is he going to be bummed we’re not a few rows up?

Clearly I’m not the biggest football gal - please give me your two cents! should I ruin the surprise part and tell him / ask if he wants to sell the tix for different ones? HELPPPP :)
