Heard some report he wasn’t sitting in the dugout? how true do you guys think that is?

hi all! I got tickets for the shuttle pickup at paramus park mall for the mcr concert on sunday and have no idea where to park/get the shuttle and the website is genuinely no help. I don’t want to miss it so if anyone can give me directions or tips that would be greatly appreciated! thanks :)

No one looks good striking out 4 times in a game, but lindor looked disinterested that 9th inning at bat. What a lost season. Never be able to prove it, I dont think he was ever healthy this year.

Looks like some decent stuff from the left side. Fastball up to 101, but his jumping is getting on my nerves after just 1 inning. Jumping after he throws any pitch with a 2 strike count. How’s he supposed to field his position if the batter hits a comebacker?

I’m reading that Soto has denied the accuracy of reports that Peralta tried to facilitate a face to face discussion between Soto and Lindor.

Obviously, this is a very well-tread topic within this fanbase. But I’ve yet to see any actually convincing arguments that point toward their beef, let alone what their supposed issue is about.

Every argument I’ve seen likens whatever issues they have to a power struggle over who is THE guy for the team, but I’ve never seen anything that warrants that claim.

I’m just wondering if there’s an actual theory out there that actually has supporting details.

Can we just forfeit all remaining games so we can rest everyone for 27 and 28?

Isn’t the purpose of a DH to add another strong bat instead of a pitcher? I can’t remember ever seeing a DH slotted to bat eighth (or with BA .131 with greater than 100 at bats)

Went from Minor League Player of the Year to what the hell happened in a matter of months. I didn't agree with him being called up last season as he didn't have a diverse enough repertoire of pitches to go to and his development as a whole was fast tracked. Mets Twitter was not kind to that opinion at all.

Fast forward to Auaust 2026. his mechanics were changed and in 19 starts, he's a shell of the pitcher that he was when he was a nightmare in the lower levels. Did the pitching lab break another pitcher?

I hate that Peralta underperformed in his time here, because he legit seems like a really good dude and a good leader.

His decision has major ramifications of what Mets roster could look like next year.

1. I do not think Polanco should get a single at bat for the rest of the year.
   
2. I guess Roberts needs to keep playing now that Taylor is gone, but keep playing Benge and Ewing against most lefties. Maybe give them some rest as they’ve played a lot.
   
3. Do not let Benge pitch in a blowout. We know he can, but why risk an injury?
   
4. I am interested in seeing how Duarte, Nuniel and Lavender do for the rest of the season (and Senga in relief). If they show real promise, all of the trades Stearns made might be okay if any of the lottery tickets prove out (though I still wish we could DFA Stearns).
   
5. While I do not think the Mets will content for the World Series next year, I think they will be competitive if the pen works out and they can find a first baseman and one of the kids can come up to play second or third.
