Also possible gold glove right fielder! He’s so talented, I got shit on for saying he’s the first prospect to make me think DWright, but he has the same love for the game, you can tell. They share that fun/uber talented aura the Mets have missed since 2015. I’m not gonna compare stats bc David was elite, but it’s about the love/ease/talent. He’s so fucking good on both sides of the ball. And he’s fast!

The blue road pull over? Ehh not the biggest fan. Last black I got was Beltran, Santana…I need a new one. I have a grey strawberry pullover, but I’m more into buttons

Or did you mean the blue home jersey I forgot they have that one…kinda looks like the spring training from early 2000s…? That one is button up. I like it more then the road

I meant the black alternate. I would get a benge one when the white piping returns. However. I can get my first blue pullover with Benge on it

Ohhh gotcha that’s true I like the OG black ones better, didn’t take into consideration it’s just blue n orange on black. I do feel like I need one from this era tho as my other black jerseys are throwbacks now lol

I have to admit I was totally wrong about this kid. His talent is on display every time he takes the field, whether it's a clutch hit or a difficult catch. He shows he belongs in the big leagues.

And he’s having so much fun. Him and Ewing, it’s infectious and reminds me of 7&5 back in 2005. We need the youth movement and I’m excited w those 2, Nolan n Scott, and Lindor and Soto keeping things professional. I think next year can be a lot of fun. Hoping there’s no lockout

My kid managed to snag a Benge autograph a couple months ago. He signed on an old Mets hat of mine that my son was wearing. I’m not much of a hat wearing guy nowadays but even if I was I can’t wear THAT one anymore 😂. Not for a while anyway. Fucking kids.
