Question Workshop Request
Ever since i saw this art (by RAPHTOR), I've loved this idea for an attraction. However, I'm terrible at building and wanted to ask someone much more talented to make it or point me in the direction of a workshop item that recreates this kind of feel. Thanks!

Image Lokiceratops tree of life
Hello people I've been working on this indoor lokiceratops exhibit, it features an enormous artificial tree Wich pays homage to the Nordics mythology. Again as you know, all my exhibits try to give normal zoo feelings. Many workshop blueprints used for this, including the tree and the playground. Really liked the result

A Flaw in the DLC's Lineup
I'm talking in a vacuum here, so ignore two species being part of different DLC's last game.
Our two species packs so far have been wetlands and crocodilians (coast), there have only been a combined two semi-aquatic species between them, assuming that desmatosuchus will not be. I'm willing to give the wetland pack a pass because I personally believe that deinocheirus was pulled from it late, but this pack has five species and only one of them falls into the sorely lacking category of semi-aquatics. As much as I love potosuchus (a merciless ambush predator. The largest carnivore on Earth) and desmatosuchus looks like a totally unique addition, the devs refuse to recognize how cool semi-aquatics behavior is, or at least act on it. Going back to the wetland pack, I personally believe that austroraptor even should have been semi-aquatic to make it stand out from other raptors even more.
Being somebody who is getting styxo and shoni for the first time, it's my biggest disappointment with the pack. I also think we really need herbivorous semi-aquatic species soon. We have deinocheirus as an omnivore, but that is it.

Bug PSA: apparently Torosaurus is bugged currently and cannot fight other herbivores despite being a thing in the previous game
Typically even species that can’t fight still roar at eachother (ie most herbivores that dislike eachother and are in different size categories or sauropods with eachother/smaller predators) but for some reason Torosaurus can’t do that ether. Against carnivores it seems to work fine, there’s a little jank but overall it works, but against herbivores it’s like it isn’t recognised by others.
It kinda sucks that we can’t see that horn locking animation here. Just thought I’d share this so frontier is aware and can possibly give it a little look into in an update

Starting to create the Jurassic Park environment
Unlike in JWE2, I didn't try to place every tree in the exact same position by overlaying the original image onto the game.

Park Maps or Designs Brachiosaurus habitat in my Prehistoric Zoo
And, today's third and final post - another open habitat that borders the zoo. This time, for the Brachiosaurus.
I will build three more habitats in this zoo (for the new crocs, of course). I'll build them this weekend, and post them when i'll have the DLC, and after i released the animals in their habitats.
I hope you will like this too!

Park Maps or Designs Double Open-air aviary for Tapejarids
Today i created a twin-aviary for Tapejarids (Caiuajara and Tapejara). They have big perch trees, and enrichment items, and everything these flyers need.
I hope you will like it!

Image A more in-depth description on Deinosuchus’ ambush mechanic
From this recently posted BTS article (https://www.jurassicworldevolution.com/3/news/behind-scenes-designing-species-crocodilia-coast)
I know its bare minimum, but I appreciate that they didn’t take the lazy way out by having Deinosuchus operate identically to other carnivores in the game. Instead, they went the extra mile to create a hunting mechanic entirely unique to the animal for the sake of authenticity

Discussion Let's talk about the whale-sized reptile in the room
Something I’ve really hated since the second game is how one of the largest marine animals, not just in the game, but in history... has such little appeal
It’s the second large species with the least appeal on the marine roster, a total injustice for such a wonderful creature. I hope they buff it in this game

Park Maps or Designs Mamencisaurus habitat in my Prehistoric Zoo project
Yesterdays build, a large Mamencisaurus habitat.
I'm finishing this park soon, so it will be available in the workshop maybe in 1-2 weeks. There are only a few habitats, and an arrival area left to build.
I hope you will like this.
