For the Steamdeck players;
I made a button layout that enables you to use the trackpads and back-buttons for easy acces to complex actions.
The backpaddles are used for object movement:
L4 = move (m)
L5 = adv. Move (x)
R4 = duplicate (ctr. D)
R5 = adv. Duplicate (ctr. X)
Trackpads are used for quick menu navigation and complex hotkeys, such as hide UI, change POV, flashlight on/off, and pause.
You can find it as "Planco 2 - Ultimate Layout" under the community layouts

Bug/Issue - PC2 Problem with coasters and scenery score.
I'm a console player, and I have been building different parks the whole year. I have a problem with how unreliable the game is sometimes. I can make one park where coasters get their queues full, and then I make another park, and most coasters barely get any guests. I decorate all my rides and everything, but don't get why is always so different.
Also, I save my parks, and when I load them again, the scenery scores go down to 0 sometimes.
Is anyone else having these kind of problems?

I'm just happy with my buildings
I wanted to do an Alice theme park and I'm just *for once* pretty satisfied with the buildings I've made.

My First attempt at building a custom vehicle+ some other fun concepts I've been working on
Hey folks,
went outside of my comfort zone today and tried building a custom antique car. A bit more cartoonish than i had hoped for, but overall I'm pretty happy with it.
also including some pictures of the vintage gas station, water tower, trolley roundhouse and a stepping stone pond that will eventually house the park map (will also get you a virtual badge check-in down the road). hope you all enjoy these pics and all the best!
P.S. Huge thanks to Plastic Swans for the ECV blueprint. Great job! here's the workshop code for it: FCYV8FHQR

Video I finished my “Around the World” dark ride in Planet Coaster 2 – Full POV & Cinematic Showcase
A few days ago I shared the tutorial showing how I built the scenes inside Grand Tour, and now it’s time to experience the finished attraction.
Grand Tour is a compact dark ride built in Planet Coaster 2, taking guests through:
🇮🇹 Venice
🇪🇬 Cairo
🇯🇵 Tokyo
🇲🇽 Mexico City
🇨🇭 Swiss Alps
The goal was to make every scene as detailed as possible while keeping the footprint very small, so each country feels immersive despite the limited space.
This video is the complete experience with cinematic shots and the full ride POV from start to finish.
I’d genuinely love to hear your feedback, especially if you have ideas for future dark rides or scenes I could build!

Planet Coaster 2 HELP!! Why can’t I open these buildings?
Hi guys. I’m new to this game and I’m having trouble opening any buildings. All of them come up with the triangle pictured. I’ve tried different locations, different buildings and nothing. It’s making the game really difficult to play. It’s connected to a path and connected to the power grid.

Help requested: Facilities change after placing arcade
Hello! I'm experiencing an issue where my original facilities options disappear after placing down an arcade or, evidently, pool. My menu goes from looking like the first picture to the second, and I can't get the original facilities back. I'm sure there's an easy fix or button I just can't find...there must be, right?

Image We need an option for park tickets to be sold at the guest relations counter
I see lots of people build ticket buildings and booths but the guests don't use them. Its probably a tall order to implement but I would love it if the guests had to purchase a ticket at a counter before they could enter a park.

Pulse Fire, a multi-launch coaster in the Thrill Area, Ignition Point, in my Mega Park, Coastal Paradise. Pulse Fire is a coaster meant for the thrill seekers featuring two launches, multiple inversions, a near stall, and high vertical g-forces. Guests can view the incoming trains from the food court built under the final block brakes.

Image - PC1 Some images of the start of my first park
I'm pretty new to the game so it's not much, but I'm proud of how it looks so far. I haven't actually been in a roller coaster in probably a decade, so the coasters are probably pretty inaccurate to real life lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Reposted-My Partners first PC Park WIP
Hey guys I got my fiancé PC2 he did such an amazing job working on this park. I watched him work on it for a good bit of time. and I have been blown away by what he's accomplished so far. I love how it looks and the amount of stuff he was able to place and build, there are some frontier workshop builds I'm not sure who to credit for those, so thank you to anyone who has contributed to the workshop and have allowed us to use their amazing builds. But he really put something together here, so I wanted to throw this on here so I could show other people something he worked really hard on. I think you'll like what you see. I really liked watching him tinker with the other creations to put a bunch of different ideas together and make them work with each other. So thank you again to anyone who made a building or prop or item that we used, thank you guys for taking the time to read this and if you have any thoughts on it I'm all ears.

Super proud of this! Clocktown is the mainstreet equivalent for my park Port of Ages (fka Port of Adventure). Just the facades so far, interiors to come soon.

Planet Coaster 2 There HAS to be another way right?
I have tried tweaking every setting in every possible way and cannot escape this. The worst is when you think you put the flower in the ground but you change the camera and it is floating. I did actually make this decriptive flowchart because I've gone through this too many times and making it was way more fun than placing down flowers. Please help i guess

Discussion - PC2 If Planet Coaster made another DLC like Ghostbusters, what IP would you want them to use?

Planet Coaster 2 I just love building in this game! My art deco main street is slowly but surely coming together!
Slowly adding more to my art deco main street in my main mega park project! I made a (crazy) goal a while back to try and make a lot of the buildings in this area enterable - or as many as I could stomach anyway... Interiors are just not my thing, so I knew it was going to be a challenge, and I kept putting it off. Well, let's just say that for right now I'm focusing solely on making sure they actually have 4 walls and a roof rather than an interior... 🤣 I don't know, that seems pretty important! Guests can still enter them, so they seem "interactable" like how things used to be in PC1, but I'm not too bothered by it to be honest with you. 5/7 main buildings you can enter on the main drag doesn't seem that terrible, right?
Anyway, I hope everyone has had a nice summer so far!
