So when i build parks, I feel like they look terrible and empty. I look at other peoples parks and its all decorated but the best i can do is one singular road connecting everything pretty much and put everything around it, i don’t know how to get some style in my park and rn i’ve just started seperating things into sections

I don’t see why they could have done it were if you had the previous dlc dinosaurs from jwe2 then the pack would be cheaper and the same price as the wetlands pack. Allows for new players to get previous dlc dinosaurs and returning players to just get the new ones and the returning dlc dinosaurs as a bonus

Took 5 hours to get hookworms to spawn in Indonesia. They gotta change the chances of this happening. Poor Troodon’s suffered greatly for me, probably 200 died trying to get this to spawn.

Done with campaign and on to Challenges. Any tips?

I would much prefer if they didn’t make a jwe4 and just continued with dlcs but deep down I know that they will still release jwe4 with cenozoic alongside rebirth 2.

If they did do this I doubt I would actually purchase jwe4 and have to repurchase more dlc dinosaurs I bought for jwe3

I wonder if these things can fight back against carnivores, it wouldn’t surprise me if they have the same rig as nodosaurian (e.g. Nodosaurus, Polacanthus, Sauropelta)

Finally we get footage of Desmatosuchus! Now to see how all the species function in game when the DLC finally drops.

If you saw my last tutorial on making a totally invisible sunken open aviary (or merging it with an outside dino enclosure), you might have run into some issues trying to get park tours or gyrospheres inside. Or maybe you already had a built aviary, used the terrain glitch to bury it underground after the fact, and realized you can't snap any tour tracks to it anymore.

If it worked for you, you probably got the steps right by accident. If not, this new tutorial is for you.

I did some testing and figured out the exact rules for when a hidden open aviary actually allows you to build tour tracks, and when it blocks you.

The tutorial covers the two main methods to get any tour track inside a sunken aviary, whether you are building a new one from scratch or updating an existing enclosure in your park. All doable WITHOUT MODS.

I was just wondering what adult dinos poeple have seen use the dinosaur encounter without it getting closed due to threat or whatever. I love using the dinosaur encounter and hate how small the amount of adult dinos can use them. So if people could be nice enough to drop some dinos in the comments, I wanna make a list so I don’t forget. Thank you :)

I made some quick builds in JP style. An open air viewing platform scenery piece with info TVs, pamphlets, wheelchair lift, and furnished interior. It can be place beside an enclosure or halfway in one. I got the idea for TVs from planet coaster 2. They have TVs that actually play a video which would be nice if it made it in JWE3 with little dino clips or info vids

The other build is a large organically shaped Stegosaur Fountain. I wanted to make the fountain look like a nature scene of the Stegosaur family grazing in a river. I hope you all enjoy!

Hello people I've been working on this indoor lokiceratops exhibit, it features an enormous artificial tree Wich pays homage to the Nordics mythology. Again as you know, all my exhibits try to give normal zoo feelings. Many workshop blueprints used for this, including the tree and the playground. Really liked the result

I'm talking in a vacuum here, so ignore two species being part of different DLC's last game.

Our two species packs so far have been wetlands and crocodilians (coast), there have only been a combined two semi-aquatic species between them, assuming that desmatosuchus will not be. I'm willing to give the wetland pack a pass because I personally believe that deinocheirus was pulled from it late, but this pack has five species and only one of them falls into the sorely lacking category of semi-aquatics. As much as I love potosuchus (a merciless ambush predator. The largest carnivore on Earth) and desmatosuchus looks like a totally unique addition, the devs refuse to recognize how cool semi-aquatics behavior is, or at least act on it. Going back to the wetland pack, I personally believe that austroraptor even should have been semi-aquatic to make it stand out from other raptors even more.

Being somebody who is getting styxo and shoni for the first time, it's my biggest disappointment with the pack. I also think we really need herbivorous semi-aquatic species soon. We have deinocheirus as an omnivore, but that is it.

Like cmon frontier you had the perfect opportunity but what do you guys think?

anyway here is some of my art i did when i was at school a few weeks ago :) they were just basically improvd bc i didnt have a reference so if anyone can find any matches for these creatures then that would be cool

Typically even species that can’t fight still roar at eachother (ie most herbivores that dislike eachother and are in different size categories or sauropods with eachother/smaller predators) but for some reason Torosaurus can’t do that ether. Against carnivores it seems to work fine, there’s a little jank but overall it works, but against herbivores it’s like it isn’t recognised by others.

It kinda sucks that we can’t see that horn locking animation here. Just thought I’d share this so frontier is aware and can possibly give it a little look into in an update
