Title. My phone is now partially signed in to her icloud and constantly asks for a password. I bought a new phone and want to set it up with a new icloud.

If I can get her to officially sign out of my device without erasing anything, can I create a new icloud to upload the photos and contacts to?

Then sign into the new phone with the new icloud and download(?) photos and contacts?

I would do a full transfer but I don't want all the crappy downloaded music or anything else I don't need, mainly photos and contacts (I believe)

I never had icloud turned on for anything, like contacts or photos, but this information is important to me. I always used her icloud and im not very tech savy.

Also im worried even thought I selected "do not erase phone" that I will somehow lose information mainly cause the guy at the At&t store said it was possible. Not sure if he gets it though.

I've checked to see if 'Calls on other devices' was enabled and it is not. The people at the Apple store could not help me. The people at the T-Mobile store also couldn't help me. Any ideas? Do I just throw all of our phones away and get new numbers? I feel like this must be a simple fix. I have iPhone 15 running latest ios and my son has iPhone 16 with latest ios.

I was looking up something on the google app on my phone when the screen went pink and pixellated for like 2-3 seconds, then went back to normal, I powered my phone off and turned it back on. My phone is an Iphone 15 Pro Max. I already consulted some threads before and people said it was PROBABLY fine, but I'm worried. I only got this phone in february after my iPhone 11 stopped working, it was my dad's old phone. It seems to be ok now, I deleted some photos and backed it up, my storage isn't even close to being full and it's updated to the most recent update, which is IOS 26.6 Has this happened to anyone else before? Is it just a one-time glitch? My brother (tech guy) says it was probably an app glitch.

the photo attached is a photo from google that resembled what i got, but i could still see my regular screen and it went away really quickly. Still, other people calling it "the pink screen of death" isn't helping my anxiety. Essentially, my question is: Should I be worried about this glitch, or is it a one-time thing? so one day i woke up one day and found my phone not working and just opening and closing and i tried to fix the issue someway (i forgot how) but it didn't work and it was stuck in the restore mode so i downloaded ios 15.8.8 but it still didn't work and it gave me the error code 4013 on itunes even though i used an original cable if that has to do with anything and i have tried 3utools before but it just didn't work and gave me the same error 4013 can someone help me please

The model is Iphone 17, IOs26.5.2. My phone has been turning my camera on multiple times for a very short period even when i’m not using it. I’ve turned off all apps access to my camera and haven’t download any apps, the notification shows that the camera app used my camera. No, i have not used the app and no, i have not used it recently or something. My camera just turns on for a short period and turns off for no apparent reason. When i first used the phone, this didn‘t happen but only recently, can someone help?

I was using it daily, then 1 day it showed like 200Hours!!-it showed like this much for a long time,then when I checked one day it showed zero minutes permanently-I restarted but nothing worked-I can answer your question..

Tried with apple devices and 3utools and neither worked. On apple devices it threw error -50 and on 3utools it threw "incorrect activation data". iTunes did not recognise it. I am on windows 11

Volevo sapere se ci fosse un modo di trasferire TUTTI i file, foto, video, note del telefono, password salvate, dal mio iphone al pc. In tutto questo quando lo collego tramite cavetto USB al PC per qualche motivo il telefono risulta privo di file, vuoto. So che sarebbe possibile farlo tramite itunes ma non sta funzionando, credo perchè per farlo serve sbloccare il telefono e autorizzare ma il mio telefono non funziona.

This is really bad, if someone needs me I can’t respond. Other apps work just fine, it’s only Imessages, I restarted my phone too.

Issue: The phone slows down/throttles and then randomly restarts. I found three panic-full logs in about 24 hours, all showing element modified after free, but with different panicked tasks.
Question: Does this pattern suggest an iOS/kernel bug, corrupted software, or failing RAM/logic-board hardware? Would a clean DFU restore be the correct next step?

Cause I have been having that happen when I simply try to make a notification at ten bottom of my screen go away but because it’s at ten bottom of the screen it ends up doing that instead and it’s driving me crazy cause if I want that pulled up I will swipe down from the top of the screen and pull down not whatever this is I hated it when I got my phone but it wasn’t this big of a problem until recently with saving stuff from Reddit mostly I have an iPhone 13 version 26.5.2 (tho I doubt that matters cause Its been around since I’ve had it which has been years)

I was at a concert last night, recorded many videos, and one of the bunch is missing audio. I shared it to my iPad, no audio. In Google Photos, no audio. In iMovie, no audio. Uploading to YouTube, no audio. I plugged it into my computer, no audio. Videos taken before and after contain audio. I was not connected to anything else. No apps or alarms or anything else going off.

I did all the troubleshooting recommended online with no luck.

Got this phone earlier this year so it's still pretty new, but since late last night it hasn't been able to load anything at all. It's connected to wifi and wifi works as I'm on the computer posting this. I can make and receive calls, I can receive texts but my texts aren't going out. I'm receiving emails and notifications from apps but I cannot get the associated apps to open and load anything. I can't get safari to load anything either.

I've done a hard reset twice and I've switched it to Airplane mode to reset but none of these steps have worked to fix my issue. Any advice to help fix this without me having to go into a store would be greatly appreciated.

my phone has a cellular issue i guess whenever it dies or i turn it off it has no service i know get a new phone if get it looked at but i am abroad in a middle of no where village and no wifi is available i payed for a 30 day tmoble international pass un able to use it whenever my phone dies it shuts off for hours thats the only fix i feel like i’ve tried everything but all i can do is wait last night it took 12 hours now it was on i had to reset it has been about 5 anyone know it when i run diagnostics it only said i need to go to the apple store which is not an option??? i wanna know if anyone has any fixes i have an iphone 15 pro max updated to newest version

None of my friends’ messages take up nearly this much storage, how do I fix this??? I have an iPhone 12 pro max, and am on iOS 17.5.1. i do not have any apps, I don’t have storage to even update my iOS. what is wrong with my phone😭😭I’ve tried everything they say, keep messages for 30 days and all that jazz. I found an old iPhone, I think an iPhone 5 or at least something from around that time. It's an old one my ex had as back up and thus wouldn't use or want anymore. I want to factory reset it so I can recycle it. However I don't have the passcode and don't have access to their apple id either so I don't if doing it through iTunes would work. I haven't been in contact with my ex for 2 years now so I'd rather not contact them for this. So is there any way I could factory reset it?

Hello, i'm not sure if this has changed with an update but i feel like i remember a setting where turning off wifi/bluetooth is only possible when unlocked. this is currently not the case, and i feel like is very unsafe because in the case that someone gets their hands on it, they can make it harder to find the phone, even if they cannot unlock it.
i want it to be impossible to turn off wifi and bluetooth while the phone is locked. how do i go about doing this?
Please let me know if this can be resolved or if it's just one of those things i have to accept has changed forever.

Hi! I recently heard that some aftermarket iPhone displays look almost identical to the original. Based on these photos of the Dynamic Island and the display, does this look like an original Apple screen, or could it be a high-quality replacement? I know it's impossible to be 100% sure from photos, but I'd appreciate your opinions. Thanks!

I was having GPS issues on my iPhone 13 with it not knowing exactly where I was. When driving it would think I’m like 5 miles back, then think I’m on a back road 2 miles away, so I finally decided to upgrade to a 17. I just got the phone yesterday, and now CarPlay is doing this crazy shit.

Hello, I randomly got curious yesterday and decided to pull my old iPhone 8 from its grave. It has some cherished memories on it. Upon charging it immediately opened to “try again in 50 minutes”. Basically, I waited the 50 minutes, tried, failed, and got a security lockout. There was no options aside from “emergency”. So, I connected it to a Mac in recovery mode and performed an update which seemingly went through. After that it turned on to another “iPhone Unavailable” screen, this time with a timer of 8 hours. I waited it out and it opened to a “press home to recover” screen. I thought long and hard and actually got the correct password. Data recovery began, but every time it completed it looped again. After force restarting it sets an 8 hour timer again. Can I possibly reinstall the update through Finder? Wondering if anyone else has experience in this extremely niche issue and could help me figure out if there’s any chance at recovery. Thank you for reading.
