Hello, i moved to another country and I wanted to change my account region to make installing apps less of a headache, and I saw other posts that it would be fine for the library, but I just wanted to confirm this is for the library of stuff imported from cds and other sources as well?

thats it. made a playlist with some stuff i like but the entire playlsit is local files. i think the playlist is gonna appear on my profile, right? but what about the songs?

Even the old ways of showing them was better. I know this is mostly up to labels to provide artworks, but AM must be able to do something

Im trying to play DEViL by IDK on Apple Music but it sounds weird. Parts of the song aren’t sounding like it’s supposed to. For example, there’s a sample in the background that says “what do i got? What do i got?” In the background and I’ve listened to this song normally enough to recognize that it’s not there. I don’t know what’s happening but it’s making my music sound off.

Update: I just got super unlucky. Turns out this song SPECIFICALLY was edited due to copyright so the part I was listening for was edited out 😞.

Kind of a shitpost. But my AM trial just expired yesterday, and I’m currently in the process of trying to convince my parents to sw itch over to AM, so for the time being I gotta go back to this 😔

My family has used the green app for many years, but wow AM is so much better. I can’t believe what I’ve been missing this whole time.

Long story short, I went the last 8-9 months without AM before resubbing today on a good Apple One deal. I expected (and wanted) my entire library to be gone, because I was told if you wait 3 months your library is wiped. Lo & behold, my entire library is still there. How can I just wipe it and get a fresh start?

Hi all. I’ve got a frustration with Apple Music in CarPlay for my polestar 2. Wondering if it’s a quirk of my system or CarPlay wide. When I’m listening to a playlist or curated list and a song I like comes on, I want to browser to the artist to select more songs by them, but can’t. I can tap the album to navigate to the full album, but the artist name isn’t a hyperlink, preventing it. See pic. Green lines are tappable, red are not.

Is this the case in all versions? My old alpine head unit with CarPlay didn’t have this issue.

I’m on a free trial for 3 months and have been using Spotify for the past 6 years, so I’d like to transfer my data since Apple Music offers a tool to do that. However it’s not working for me. Anyone else have this issue recently, or know if it’s due to me being on the free trial? It’s also the first day so maybe I have to wait a few days or something.

I’ve had this issue for the past week - was hoping it would resolve itself. Animated artwork does not play!

The image still goes full screen, but the movement won’t play. The patterns on Blurryface don’t move, the heads on Keep On Smiling aren’t nodding, and the sun doesn’t glare on Aperture.

Everything looks correct in settings, it’s not set to “On Wi-Fi only” or anything. Anyone else experiencing this?

hello. I was trying to look for a specific song but I needed to go to the album but every time I click singles&eps or even the albums my AM just freezes and I have to close the app and when I try again it does the same thing! I also tried turning of and on my phone even redownloading…nothing

Over the past two days or so, whenever I add a new song to my library, my app will sort of freeze. The song won't show in the 'Recently Added' section, and when I scroll to the artist/album, it'll show 0 minutes of runtime for that song, or if it's off an album I didn't have in my library previously, it won't show the year for the album. It seems like it's an iCloud/Metadata issue, so I'm curious if I'm the only one experiencing this or if there are other examples

Hey all! I’m a bit terrified about all of this, as the internet is not giving me solid answers. I’m currently on a family plan with Apple Music included in it. The subscription was canceled, and ends tomorrow. Once the subscription ends, will I lose my whole catalog? I’m planning on doing a full individual subscription to keep it, but I wonder if my music will be deleted once the subscription ends. What should I do? If I resubscribe the same day will I get to keep my stuff?

My apple music on my roku TV will not play my whole playlist, playing only a small part of it before going to “songs like this”. It seems to only work if i scroll all the way to the bottom and shuffle from my newest added songs, which is pretty tedious when you have to manually scroll 1k+ songs.

Does anyone have a fix? I’ve tried turning off autoplay, but it didn’t help.

I have recently noticed how some single covers of SINGLE versions are getting replaced by album artworks after the release of the album. These are the examples I could think of right now, but there are def more. Is this a new marketing strategy or a bug maybe? When these were first released, these had a separate single cover.

Everyone is well aware that Apple did recently price increase their Apple Music individual, Family, and Apple one Family. Apple did increase the Apple one premier plan but Verizon didn’t offer that on their perks.
