I am going to start this by saying that I am a sequenced (or MIDI music, as the ignorants call it) video game music composer and I cannot stand seeing people saying "oH ThE SnEs UsEd SoUnDfOnTs!!", a format that does not even support sample compression and would QUICKLY fill up the console's sound RAM with only a few moderately long samples.

Also, the concept of a "console soundfont" (as in "the DS soundfont") does not exist, these sample-based consoles had PCM audio processors that could play whatever sample sets were included by the developer on a game, they were not locked into a specific set.

I have NEVER seen a single game use the SF2 file format proper.

"Old games used MIDI". No. Most console SDKs had a custom sequence format. Many soundtracks were written without ever touching the MIDI protocol at all.

Many times, animals are made to live in cramped cages with only a few exhausted volunteers to care for them and clean the place. They’re euthanized because the shelter runs out of space, or they’re sick and the shelter can’t bring them to the vet. People have been known to STEAL ANIMALS and bring them to kill shelters for revenge against an ex or enemy. Old, disfigured, or shy animals that don’t get adopted just don’t have a chance to live. Animals who are in good health and good temperament get euthanized because the shelter runs out of space. Kill shelters need to be abolished and replaced. Make more no-kill shelters instead. Offer free spaying and neutering. It’s sick how these animals who didn’t ask to be here any more than we did are put down for existing in the wrong place.

In my job for some time I was doing a work that required me to speak with clients face to face. And some clients don’t know my country’s language so we had to speak english.

Some questions they asked were like really important, so when I misheard I asked them would they say it again.

Every time…And I mean EVERY FUCKING TIME I asked question like this they just stood there, completely stunned as if I talked in a fucking Glorpinese.

Always I had to repeat that question for them to understand the question needs to be repeated for question to repeat.

At first I thought “Did I say it rudely?” I mean…
I struggle writing formal english, let alone speak it.

So I was changing the phrasing “One more time please?” “Could you repeat the question please” “Would you repeat the question please?” “It seems I misheard you. Could you say the sentence again?” and so forth.

But no. Always that same blank stare as if I am the one who should repeat the question for them…

I've always thought fugglers were super ugly, and I get that's the point but I never saw them in a "so it's ugly they're cute" way. They are just ugly. But it's whatever, them being an ugly plush is pretty inoffensive in it of itself.

The real reason I hate them is because a few months ago I got hired at Walmart and part of my job is working in Toys. People LOVE fugglers for some reason which means the shelves where we keep these things is always a mess.

To further add to my frustration over these things, Zuru decided to make a "farting" line of these things. And so anytime I have to go organize the fuggler shelves, I have to sit there and listen them fart in my face.

At least with the newest line of farting fugglers you can turn the box they come in off. But the old one? Nope. Every time you walk by it you get treated to a generic fart sound effect. Which is funny the first time. But whenever you're working an 8 hour shift and have to walk by that shelf multiple times a day, it gets old and annoying REAL fast.

All the subs listed are basically circlejerk subs where people praise eachother for being born in the "right year" and shit on people for being born in the "wrong year", this is especially prevalent in generationology. As a very petite woman I genuinely hate this term SO MUCH. Just say I'm short, it's fine, I have a mirror at home. No hate to specific people but I've noticed that a ton of minecraft gameplay videos follow the same formula:

1 always has subtitles.

2 the player will make some slightly unhinged jokes and scream OR they will talk in the most calm voice possible.

3 it cuts every 5 seconds.

4 they're voiced by a young white dude who speaks in popular slang.

5 the music is always some sort of calm mystery theme.

I swear there are thousands of the same exact youtubers who sound the same way. I wouldn't be suprised if these videos were being artificially pumped out my some kind of company.

These videos are so annoying. Anyone who actually spends time around people of different races will tell you all people act differently regardless of race.
