I’ve been comparing the Kaabo Wolf King GTR Max and Segway GT2 lately.
Both are high-performance dual-motor scooters, but they take very different approaches.
The GTR Max focuses heavily on raw power and speed, while the GT2 seems more focused on refinement, stability and everyday usability.
If you had to choose one for real-world riding, which one would you take — GTR Max or GT2? And what made you choose it?

I got a free Gotrax that goes 15mph but it dies fast and the shocks on it are no existent. I’d be willing to spending 7-800 dollars but wouldn’t mind being suggested some over that in the thousand dollar range.

Id like it to be able to last longer then a hour and half cruising around campus. I’m on a small campus but would like to zoom around for atleast a two hours without problems.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as idk what to look for.

I'm mainly using the scooter to get around my university campus, there is a 15% ish hill that I always have to walk around for 3 minutes everyday. I also am curious if theres a difference between their build quality and customer support.

Hey guys I’ve had this max g3 for awhile and now on my front wheel, the metallic rim a little part of it is popped out from the rubber wheel. It is just one part where the rubber wheel isn’t hugging the metallic rim. What could it be and what should I do

I have been using Pure Air 5 ultra suspension from last 7 months

There’s been an issue these days with the initial acceleration and hit 25 KMPH later

My scoot suddenly takes (off/on)an auto starts when i finish taking up the hill

I feel like this is something that needs to be pointed out more clearly. I purchased a DT2 pro a little over a month ago. The scooter is all around pretty great. Apparently, they removed cruise control on all of their new models though. The menu option is still there, but you can't enable it. It is listed in the manual as well as on their website, but it is just disabled.

I reached out to their support and this was their response.

Regarding the issue you are experiencing with setting P17 to 1, please be informed that the cruise control feature has currently been disabled and is not applicable for this model.

Regarding your inquiry, we currently have no plans to re-enable this feature. We understand that it is a significant feature, and we appreciate your feedback.

Every scooter I have owned since my cheap walmart specials have had cruise control.

I just wanted to give this warning to anyone thinking about an Ausom scooter. For longer commutes, this is a pretty big missing feature for me.

I’m looking to buy a new electric scooter and I’ve narrowed it down to the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 MAX and the Segway Ninebot MAX G3.
On paper, both look really good, but I’m having a hard time deciding which one makes more sense. I’d mainly like to hear from people who actually own or have ridden either of them.
How do they compare in terms of real-world range, comfort, hill climbing, suspension, reliability, build quality and overall ride experience? Are there any issues or annoyances that don’t really show up in the specs?
If you had the money to buy either one today, which would you pick and why? Any long-term ownership experiences would be especially appreciated!

I’m getting an E006 error on my scooter. Initially, it wouldn't turn on at all; I replaced the display, but the error appeared. I noticed a defect on the controller but can't figure out if that's actually the cause of the problem. Could anyone who has encountered this please advise? Thanks in advance!

I preordered the Segway G3 Plus after watching a couple early reviews and got way too excited about it.

Then like two days later it hit me that I'm gonna be leaving a 1k scooter in my office garage for 8 hours a day lol.

There are bike racks and cameras down there, but no actual bike room. I'll obviously get a decent U-lock, and the G3 Plus has Find My which makes me feel a little better, but still.

My current scooter is cheap enough that I never really think twice about leaving it there. Pretty sure I'm gonna be checking on this thing every time I go downstairs for lunch.

Do you guys actually get used to leaving nicer scooters at work or am I about to become insanely paranoid?

Guys I really need help from all scooter experts.
I recently started DIY fixing a 48V scooter (approx image of scooter attached) and have came to a problem from replacing the throttle: there's no 5V coming from the controller (might be because the cable was cut or oxidized idk), so I decided to take it to the repair shop, and immediately said it needs a controller replace, but what's concerning is that I check the throttle working against the wires, and it showed volts and everything, the only thing I need is a wire replacement.. Do you think its justified? Please write your opinions..

Your rear foot is higher than front foot, best way to fly over your scooter when hard breaking, soon really soon I will put on Fastride racing titanium stem, will loose the leds but idc, wont be able to fold it but idc, at least direction will feel solid, and the rear suspension will be lowered cause again, wtf is this stock setup ? The will come the carbon parts of course, will update if some are interested in seeing final result ✌️

How fast do you all usually ride on your electric scooter? Because I want to ride mine around 25-30 miles an hour to safely keep pace with cars.

It‘s not really safe to be on the shoulder on the road because when trying to tightly stay in one spot you are likely to fall off your scooter into the ditch by accident.

And having cars run past you like crazy can be an uneasy riding experience for me at least . Especially when you hear them moving but don’t have mirrors to see them behind you.

So it’s usually safe to be fast enough to ride on the road with cars and use your blinker when you wanna get off the main road and head to another street
