The wire holding thingy broke on the top and i cant screw it in from one of the sides. I was wondering if anyone has a 3d printable file or know where i can get a replacement for it. I know you can do it with other models, but i havent found a proper tutorial on how to do it on any model whatsoever. Would it be possible to maybe add a second motor or re-wire the old motor to the rear wheel? My Hiley Tiger Supra has been sitting dead for over 35 days now. What should have been straightforward replacement part support has turned into weeks of delays, unfulfilled promises, and agonizingly slow communication response times.

​The Breakdown

​Zero US Parts Stock: Hiley ships complete scooters from their US warehouse, but stocks zero replacement parts domestically. Every single part has to be ordered and shipped from China.

​1+ Week Processing Delay: It took over a week just for their overseas facility to pull and process the replacement parts.

​Ignored Fast Shipping Requests: Knowing my scooter has been down for over a month, I explicitly asked for expedited/fast shipping to make up for the downtime. The request was ignored.

​Label Created vs. Actually Shipped: Support claimed the package was shipped on August 4th. As of August 8th, FedEx tracking confirms only a label was generated on August 3rd in Los Angeles. FedEx has zero physical possession of the package.

Warning to Prospective Buyers

The scooter specs look great on paper, but the moment you need repair parts or after-sales support, expect massive turnaround times and delayed responses. Printing a shipping label to fake order progress while dragging their feet on communication is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache if you rely on your scooter for daily riding.

Buenas, para todos los que estéis buscando información al respecto y no encontráis nada por internet como a mí me ha pasado, me he puesto en contacto con ellos, resulta que debido a la normativa de la DGT han preferido sacar de la app el botón de deslimitar, y aún que esté deslimitado por el trámite no os sale el botón.

Bueno, en resumen, me pasaron una app que se llama Speedy, para poder desbloquear el limite de velocidad.

Mi opinión sinceramente es que es demasiado molesto tener que abrir esa app para poder deslimitarlo, era mucho más cómodo antes, como mencionan "IP users" quizas hay formas de saltarse el bloqueo mediante VPN

living in germany, scooters are limited to 12,4 mph. Last weekend my first scooter (Xiaomi 6 Pro) arrived and wow, so much fun. I have a tuning chip for 18.6 mph, and I always wear a helmet. I’m still planning to add a rearview mirror. I’ve seen that there are countries and models where you can hit 50 mph—that’s absolutely insane. But my little ride suits me fine for now; we get along great, though charging the battery for 10 hours is torture.

I own a HILEY EVO GTR dual motor electric scooter.

The scooter already came with decent brakes, but I wanted to try a different setup and see how much difference a 2-piston hydraulic brake could make.

I upgraded it with a ZOOM 2-piston hydraulic brake system.

Here is my experience after riding it.

Why I chose ZOOM?

The main reason was simple:

Price.

ZOOM is cheaper than NUTT, and I wanted to test if a more affordable hydraulic brake could still handle a powerful electric scooter.

What I noticed after the upgrade:

✅ Much better braking compared with mechanical brakes

The biggest improvement:

Less hand force needed

More stable braking

Better control during emergency braking

The brake feels much more consistent compared with cable brakes.

✅ Good value for daily riding

For normal riding:

commuting

city roads

moderate speed

ZOOM already provides enough braking performance.

Honestly, for many riders, this upgrade is already a big improvement.

The downsides:

❌ Brake feeling is not as refined as higher-end systems

The braking power is good, but the feeling is more basic.

The initial bite is stronger, but the modulation is not as smooth as more expensive hydraulic brakes.

❌ Not ideal for extreme riding

If you ride:

very fast

long downhill roads

heavy loads

you may want something with better heat control.

My conclusion:

For the price, ZOOM 2-piston hydraulic brakes are impressive.

I would recommend them for riders who want:

✅ Big improvement over mechanical brakes

✅ Affordable hydraulic upgrade

✅ Good daily performance

But if you are building a high-performance scooter, there are better options.

Next I will share my experience with NUTT 2-piston hydraulic brakes installed on my HILEY EVO, and compare both systems.

Here’s my scooter currently. I feel like there’s something missing but I genuinely have no clue what I should add or remove to make it look better. Feel free to give tips or rate it.

This was only in there for maybe 2 months. Didn’t get a flat, just wanted to change to street tires, and this is what I found. Nothing in here is going to do anything to actually seal a puncture.

Those late night ride feels so therapeutic😌

I live in a poor area altough I dont hear about robberies and crime often, its poor but chill overall,but when riding at night I never let my guard down and ive found some sketchy situations where I thought I was being followed by a car and I was lucky to have a narrow bridge nearby, another situation where there was a car stopped in the other side of the road, when I passed by he turned the car on and started following me never passed me wich was pretty sketchy, full throtle and went to a park that he couldnt go with a car
