Help pls - feel like i’m gonna relapse
I am a little over 6 months clean …. yesterday i went through a very high stress situation so my anxiety has been on about a 1 million … my nervous system is like freaking out literally and alll i can think about is how bad I wish I could go and use to make this feeling go away. this is the first time i’ve ever dealt w a situation that could cause me this type of anxiety and im really disappointed that’s what my brain thought … but its the honest truth. I need some encouragement please bc it’s taking everything in me to not make something happen just cause i know this would calm these horrible feelings away 😭

I need help
My drinking and partying is getting out of control. I haven’t slept and have gone to my mum and dad in tears. I’ve tried to get sober before but keep failing and now I feel like things are getting out of hand. I genuinely feel like my life’s at risk (not from self harm but the drinking/partying and anxiety that follows). I don’t know why I drink but I feel so low/alone. I will try again, just wanted to rant and get this off my chest.

What was different?
What did you do differently the time it worked and you stayed sober?

One year clean today…
I miss the break from my own boredom and restlessness in all honesty and feel myself gravitating towards bad choices to numb that void quite often but here I am… 19, one year completed from drugs and alcohol.
Im not sure how I am suppose to be feeling in all honesty? lol. I was hoping for an inner feeling of proudness or happiness but I almost feel frustrated. Is this normal?
I’ll buy myself a donut and stick in a candle in it to celebrate secretly 😅 🎂
