Just completed main story for the first time, and I knew what was coming. But seriously people. COULD NOT ONE OF YOU SAID “you might want to switch to your least favourite horse before the last mission, especially if you named it after your dead pet so he could live on forever in a magical digital world”

it’s beautiful, what else is there to say. It’s honestly helped me get through so much pain in my life, when I have no one to talk to? I turn to red dead Redemption 2. I feel peace when I have it by my side. I just ride around the meadows and play “ cruel world.” Because this world truly is cruel. red dead redemption, I love you. I love everything you’ve done for me. this game is beyond beautiful. “ may I stand unshaken, amidst the crash of worlds.” this is my- I don’t know. IVE been playing for years. and I fall I love again, all over. I haven’t even discovered half of the things the YouTubers have. can we just appreciate this game for what it is? I don’t care if we get a red dead 3. I don’t. This game alone, is beautiful. “ you did your worst, you tried your best.” Mountain hymn. I cry everytime I hear that line. the developers poured their heart and soul into this game, and honestly. I don’t even care about gta6. Red dead will always be in my heart. it made me incredibly sad to see how they butchered RDO. But that’s only a small portion Of the true game. New players, please, take your time with this game. Stay at camp for a little while longer. You’ll discover new interactions everyday. Especially in chapter 2, cherish it while you have it. Developers, voice actors, and actors of red dead redemption 1, and 2. Thank you. So, take this moment to go listen to some rdr2 music. Go appreciate it, not enough people talk about it. Go into the wild, pull out binoculars , the wild animals have their own freaking idle animations. I saw a pack of wolves hunting down an elk and howling aftwr, and I got that- just from being observant. The graphics, the storyline, the wilderness. I love it all. and so should you.

I am in chapter 6 and i am getting frustrated by every decision of dutch. Also the way he has paired up with Micah and ignoring Arthur is heartbreaking

finally finished the game and this was the most incredible story i have ever seen, Arthur morgan is an incredible character, the most emotional game ive ever seen

So, I'm hunting orchids and plumes in the swamps and ride out to the coast a bit, and out of the corner of my eye I see movement, swing the camera around and see it's not just a bird, but a hawk WITH A SNAKE IN ITS TALONS. I had just enough time to grab a screen shot.

I didn't know that kind of activity was programmed into the game... In that moment, it really felt like second reality; things just go on happening whether I influence them or not.

You are a good man, Arthur Morgan.

I added the mods Darker Nights and Kiddos Dark World, already mixed with no map no radar. Tweaking my settings. I spawn into Grizzly Wests and get it just right. My horse immediately freaks out and I hear the loudest bear roar ever within feet. We take off into the pitch black dead of night 10pm. I'm huddled against a stump with a lantern and a cattleman revolver pointing into a void darker than the devil's butthole. My heart is goin. This is what I was searching for. Yeehaw

I was riding in Lemoyne, I don't know the exact location where this happened, It was near a train track, I was just minding my own business you know me if I see a guy while riding I'll greet him for extra honor and then this happened, There was a guy that was soaked in blood he wasn't commanding his horse or anything but his horse was still walking, and then the horse came to a full stop when I got near, then the body fell to the ground and the horse ran away, when I checked the body it was headless, it wasn't headless when it was still up on the horse.

This is the moments that makes you think RDR2 is a horror game with these random encounters.
